Very co-operative and humble staff. Clean and hygienic rooms. Delicious breakfast and dinner! The hotel is located at a distance from the hustle bustle of the city. The management and staff are very humble and co-operative. Food was delicious , specially the classic taste of South Indian chutneys, fish curry and Payasam!
Rooms are very neat and well maintained. 5 to 10 mins drive to port, water sports complex and airport which made our commute time less. Food is tasty but limited options available. Staff are very humble and receiving. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly.

Best place to chill out with friends. This place has great ambience and lighting. And last and most important are the staffs, headed by Manish Bhaiya and his team, who were very friendly and provided us the best service they could. Also the tandoori items were delicious.

I visited with my family and stayed for 1 night. Had plan to stay 3 nights but after reading few reviews decided to try 1 night first. And my decision was right. The room on 2nd floor as per them was delux room did not had any windows and it had no ventilation. Room was of average size. Bed was big but had spring coils which made weird noise while turning side. Bathroom was big and had hot water. Rest all amenities in room were in working condition. Room service was pathetic, we had to call 3 times for every requirement. Food was average. Breakfast had limited options. 3 stars for all the efforts staff was trying to make to please guests including allowing late checkout. We checked in at 3pm and were expected to checkout at 8am. But we were allowed to check out at 10am. Nothing great apart from this guesture.

ゲゲストClean hotel located in prime location on the main road but not noisy or dusty.Good service.Breakfast was simple and clean.Bef was very comfortable and room is perfect for travellers who are interested in shopping.
Very beautiful and hygiene place. The best part is the F&N service. Specially Sandeep Mishra and Rohit Singh. We stayed there for 2 days, and the experience was awesome. The welcoming part was also memorable. All the staffs are very friendly. Sandeep Mishra and Rohit Singh is also very friendly. My son felt very cozy with them. They have even had a good knowledge about the places. We were bit confused about the site scenes, but they helped us a lot . My son had liked the welcome drink. Had our breakfast and dinner, very polite and friendly members. Will never forget our journey with this beautiful hotel. Next visit, definitely stay here only.
We had booked this so called 4 star property with a lot of hope but found it lacking on most basic comforts and facilities. The food was below average in terms of variety as well as taste, especially the vegetarian options. The rooms were okayish, we expected more attention to detail since there were few cobwebs, a lizard and even the dish TV reception was pathetic. Ongoing construction activity at the premises also spoilt the serenity we look forward the most in such places. Surprisingly, there was no swimming pool at this property. Adjacent private beach was rocky and was almost as good as no beach. The reception staff was also lacking in courtesy and did not appear welcoming at all to the guests. The only thing we liked was the awesome band at their beach shack that made the evenings mesmerising. Won't recommend this property for above reasons to my other fellow travellers.
TTour25028884599Extremely disappointing to think that anyone would deem it fine to run a resort which is so run down without renovating / revamping the place. It’s like the rooms are in the middle of a junkyard with loads of junk like unused furniture, kitchen furniture etc lying around in the garden. The garden is badly maintained too & all the poor plants are either half dead / dying. There are so called ponds which are dirty & more like sewage ponds within the property.There is no access to the beach through the resort..you have to go outside & access it via the road. Just 5 mins though. The front desk seems to be clueless about anything & everything. It was bearable as we’re experienced travellers, so after the first day, we knew how to get around & what to do & whom to ask. Excuses for not knowing about transportation, food, restaurants etc. when you’re in the hospitality business is not ok. We asked the front desk for an auto to go for dinner at ‘Something different’….we ended up paying Rs.450/- which is more than regular autos & were later told by ‘Someting different’ that they have pick up & drop facility for patrons. Even this basic information the front desk doesn’t have. On the day we were checking out, we’d asked for a cab to be arranged to the jetty. The cab guy took off leaving us stranded because he had to wait for 15 mins. The hotel staff, nor the front desk had a clue what to do, nor did they seem interested in doing anything until I started losing my patience. Even then they were making a half hearted attempt to do nothing. Finally in a panic, I called the auto driver who had helped us in our travels through the whole week ( a very good person who we found ) & he arranged for two autos to take us within 5 mins. Same thing that a ‘chain of hotels’ couldn’t manage to to. The rooms were clean though basic, but did find one or two cockroaches. The room cleaning was done regularly & properly. The only saving grace is the breakfast which was very good & the manager - Geoffrey who seemed to have quite a number of good suggestions about what to do on the island, which was useful & helpful. I think you’ll need to firstly understand who are the type of customers you’ll want to cater to. Sorry for the realistic review, but you’ll really need to wake up & pull up your socks.
Very neat rooms, attractive super Deluxe rooms,fine room service,extra friendly approach of reception desk,vast sit out for sitting outside with fan,arrange water activities,bio diversity vibe with good garden, in super Deluxe rooms you have fridge also available,wifi facility........ Good experience,I suggest this resort.
