The quoted address, 28 Russell St , is deceptive as the entry is around the corner. Taxi was confused in the dark. The limited hours of the receptionist was inconvenient so access to apartment key confusing as entrance is very dark.

Expecting to have midweek service done on apartment’s bathroom and kitchen, hot tub a little chilly would have used it every day rather than the one time???, other than that everything was good

Disgusted by the refund policy and lack of communication. Due to compassionate reasons I was unable to travel. I booked an apartment for 3 days. I contacted the Vine to let them know on the morning of the 2nd day at that point they had charged 1 nights deposit which I fully understand however after letting both them and ******* know my situation they did not communicate effectively, told me to wait 72 hours and then deducted the following 2 nights from my account. Over$1000 for nothing with zero empathy or compassion. Their message bank was full on 3 occasions for myself and ******* and emails to the Manager were not responded to. Be careful of what I consider theft.

While the apartment looked spacious and clean, the air freshener was overpowering and bed and lounge were of poor quality. This apartment would be hard pressed to rate 3 star if inspected by the ratings committee- certainly not luxurious as promoted. Great location, though.

Fantastic clean serviced apartments! Everything you need for a great stay . Crisp white sheets on a comfortable bed . Beautiful soft white towels and complimentary toiletries. Great tv options and was so impressed with the welcome coffee and tea that included biscuits! That's an old school touch you don't see any more . My daughter and I were here for a show at the Exhibition centre and we were so close we could walk . Fantastic spot and a nice little cafe out side for breakfast. Good parking .Highly recommend.

The appt was very conveniently located for our visit however we are unlikely to book the facility again. The bed was very hard and the most uncomfortable we have encountered on our many travels to various cities in Australia and overseas. The carpet was well worn and stretched in the doorway which was a trip hazard, the couch cushion zip was broken and there was a large stain on the couch arm. The curtain was hanging off the track in one area and the wall mounted bedroom tv was at an angle. These are all maintenance and quality issues that should have be remedied. The manager was advised but has not replied with any commenrs or concern.

The hotel was very well located and clean. Only issue is that for a 6 day stay we only had one set of towels (they did give one extra on day 4)

We had to cancel just on 3 days before our stay because my wife was admitted for intense chemo treatment for blood cancer. The Vine apartments would not refund the deposit. This made an already devastating event in our lives just that much more disheartening.

I stayed here for a week long work trip. As per the photos there was a gym on premises so I brought my gear. Upon asking about the location of the gym they told me it was across the street and that you require an annual membership. Coming from Canada, and bringing extra items for this case I was not impressed. The rest of the stay was good, no complaints. However, the lack of transparency while booking was not ideal.
