The unit we stayed in was great. It was the perfect size for just the two of us. It was clean, in a great location, and just overall amazing. I would definitely stay again.

Walking distance to restaurants/shops/lake. Quiet property. Plenty of parking, very clean and remodeled room.

I have never stayed in a place as bad as this in my life. There is no front office. No one present to assist with questions or concerns. On arrival, window would not lock. Called phone number provided and got a call center in the Philippines. There was no chair, no place to sit, in the room. Only sear was the bed. After multiple attempts, I got a chair after three nights Dreadful. Avoid at all costs.

This is an old motel that has been recently updated. The room was very clean. We liked the new shower stall and clean bathroom. The bed was firm with a memory foam top. the rooms amenities were in good working order. It is easy walking distance to stateline and several good restaurants.

Easy self check in. Clean room that was recently remodeled. Walkable to Heavenly Village shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

Will be staying here again in the future for nicely located spot that is dog friendly. The facility has cameras and signs saying it’s under 24hr surveillance which adds a level of comfort. Keyless doors and no actual office on site. For the price and the location - any pet parent should stay!

The room was small and quaint. Refrigerator/freezer, microwave, toaster, and coffee. We travel with our dogs and we’re able to place their beds and bowls in the large bathroom dressing area. It was very quiet even though it is off of the main road. It is close, within 1 mile, to shopping, food and casinos. The staff kept in contact with us via email and were very quick to respond.

Very convenient location in South Tahoe. Located near nice restaurants, shops, and casinos. Check in was easy. Room was clean and newly renovated. Pet friendly!

You can check in AFTER 4pm. The code for the door was wrong. I wasted my nerves and time to get help as no one is at the property. You need to have data on phone or you are screwed. There is not even a phone number of the company anywhere written outside and nolobby, of course! TV is small, AC is loud and you can't lower fan speed. The window is not secure, AC duct goes straight through it so anyone can easily break in from outside. Our neighbors had issue with locking the room. Bathrrom is way too big and there are no useful shelves next to the sink. Very unimpressed, especially based on the rating the property had.
