Beware of hidden fees at this hotel! It's outrageously expensive, and the added costs make it not worth the stay. Avoid unless you're ready to break the bank for a mediocre experience. This hotel disappoints with its hidden fees, especially considering the lack of extra amenities. Paying more for no additional perks feels unjustified.

Had a wonderful vacation at this resort with our family. Everything was clean and all amenities of a comfortable home. Loved visiting the pool after lots of hiking and the fire pit in mornings by pool before hiking. The location is so convenient to shopping, restaurants, and activities such as the gondola and ******s. Staff was very friendly also. Would definitely return! Enjoyed sitting on deck enjoying views of the mountains too.

Not so great: - Parking is located outside. - The website mentions a ski valet, but it only exists on the website. - The website advertises a free shuttle to the California base, but this service is only mentioned online. - The snow in the pool area was not cleared, rendering the pool and hot tub unusable. This property is essentially an Airbnb, where you rent someone’s condo. Thus, your experience may vary depending on the owner. Our owner was cheap: no robes, only one cooking, one glass.

It was a beautiful property. We had a great time. We had main Tv outlet not working and the doors to all patios did not lock other than that no problems. Would stay again.

The Wi-Fi internet doesn’t really work and only sometimes barely works. We’ve stayed here 5 times and the resort is beautiful but this is the second trip this has happened. Wi-Fi in rooms is so weak you essentially can’t use it (cuts out every 5 minutes or so). For a 4 star place and this price you think they would figure it out by now.

We had a fantastic time staff very friendly super clean and rooms were perfect.

Friendly and helpful staff. Cindy went above and beyond to help us. Location is perfect as it is right across from gondola and surrounded by shops. Room is spacious and clean. The heated pool and jacuzzis are nice after a day on slopes.

We stayed at Zalanta Resort for 5 days and I have to say that the staff there was excellent, courteous, and eager to help. In particular, we had an extremely positive experience with the front desk staff Sydney Noel who went over and beyond to ensure our issues were taken care of and even mailed me some of my personal items that I had inadvertently left in our room. Thank you, Sydney! We are definitely coming back to Zalanta!!!
