Good location, place very clean and staff excellent. The best place to be good price.

This place needs a major overhaul. I can’t describe how bad the place is with the amount they charge.

OK. First the good news: the hotel is located in walking distance to several nice restaurants and other shopping. The shopping complex is beautifully arranged. But the hotel itself is very mediocre. Thankfully, we only needed to stay for one night before our flight the next day. The room was clean enough, but very outdated with old-timey cable TV, no accessible outlets for charging, and certainly no USB outlets. Needs a major overhaul. The free breakfast was awful, I would say mostly inedible. But if you like rubbery waffles, watery eggs and mealy apples, then enjoy. I would never go back.

The best hotel during our Miami area vacation, wish we had stayed here for the start of our trip also. Room felt like an apar**ent, king bed in separate room overlooking the gorgeous pool with fountains. Walking bridge over the pool to shopping and restaurants on the other side. Too many photo ops to mention, just a beautiful setting. Dinner with drinks was great not worrying about any driving. Upscale neighborhood. Microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, sink outside bathroom. Great air conditioner. Highly recommended!

Check in was Rocky……. We were given keys to a room which we opened and found occupied. We immediately returned to the lobby, and after a little discussion, we’re giving keys to a different room. It was comfortable, and we had a good nights sleep, which was our main objective. Breakfast was OK but you’re basic economy hotel breakfast choices.

Selection of breakfast menu is horrible!! Worst than a $50 per night hotel room. Otherwise nice hotel

When we got to the room and took our shoes off, my socks became wet from water seeping through the floor boards. You could hear a squishing sound and more water came up that smelled moldy which could be a health hazard. We alerted the front desk and he apologized but there was nothing he could do and they were booked up so they couldn't move us.

Excellent location, with grocery store in walking distance. Safe surroundings. Breakfast was great. Staff was excellent!

The hotel wasn't the cleanest the curtains was filthy, paint was chipping off the wall, bathrooms door was cracked, the rooms were small. Bathroom i had to clean before use.
