Inverness at South Padre by Spi Seascape

The people at Inverness make everything just a little more welcoming! The view from the room was just amazing, a window to the gulf! Thank you to the ladies in the cleaning staff for te quarter for my drier! Life savers!

Without venturing into Mexico, S. Padre has the clearest water the Texas Gulf Coast has to offer. We don't have the white sand like Gulf Shores AL, but I will be OK with blue water. Went late July and there were no crowds - plenty of room for tents and chairs. Neighboring beach-goers were respectful of space and noise / music. Overall one of the best locations RCI offers in Texas.

Elevators have been inoperable since last year. We had to walk up and down the stairs for everything and anything. It is unfair and unjust having to pay the resort fee for an issue that has been ongoing last year and the staff pretends like it was recent issue. It is definitely not for elderly and small children friendly.

Our condo is very nice, well appointed and comfortable. Nice view from the balcony. The pool is in an excellent location. It is clean and open to the wonderful Gulf breeze. However, the elevators have been broken during most of our stay and we are on the 5th floor. Grateful that we aren’t any higerbbRight now there is no public beach access nearby, but we have listened to construction of the coming public beach access just next to Inverness. Haven’t enjoyed that at ALL. We chose Inverness because it was further down the beach and somewhat secluded. Wouldn’t consider a return trip with public beach access going in.

Well satisfied. The property is right on the beach and it is near most of food and activities. We been here several times.

Excellent beach location, very clean unit and surrounding area. If using pull out sofa bed be forewarned the mattress was thin and worn. Older kids complained younger ones did not.

This is an older resort, however it has all the needed amenities, perfect location on the beach with views overlooking the ocean. The unit was clean and spacious with comfortable furnishings and beds. The kitchen has full size appliances, and well stocked with crockery, cutlery and small appliances. The staff were friendly. We will definitely be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The building is older but the rooms were clean and stocked. The view from the room and beach access were amazing!
