Alexander Hotel - Whitley Bay

ひどいホテル。3部屋予約しました。ボクシングデーに到着した最初の部屋は掃除されておらず、清潔なシーツのオプションもありませんでした。次に2番目の部屋では出窓から雨が室内に降り注ぎ、私たちは目を覚まし、服はびしょ濡れになりました。ホテルは約束された返金手続きのために私の電話をブロックしています。避けてください、避けてください、避けてください。

到着時に受付係からとても温かい歓迎を受けました。部屋は広く、ベッドは快適で、ホスピタリティ トレイと十分な大きさのバスルームがありました。1 週間滞在しましたが、唯一の、非常に小さな欠点は、シャワーが決して熱くなかったことです。ただし、十分に快適な温度でした。ホテルは町の中心部と海岸に近い便利な場所にあります。私たちは間違いなくまたここに戻ってきます。

絶対に避けてください、絶対に避けてください、絶対に避けてください！0 は選べないので星は 1 つだけです。まったくひどいカスタマー サービスで、この施設のオーナーは夜どうやって眠っているのかわかりません。私の婚約者は数週間前に 2024 年 6 月に部屋を数部屋予約しました。宿泊を必要とする追加人数がいたため、土曜日に ************ の予約にアクセスし、6 月に予約した日付で部屋をトリプル ルームに変更しました。しかし、彼には知らされていなかったのですが、アプリは日付を土曜日に変更しており、土曜日の日付を記載した確認メールを受け取ったとき、すぐに何が起こったのかに気付きました。予約から数分以内に彼は Alexander Hotel に電話をかけようとしましたが無駄でした。そこでエラーを知らせるメッセージを送信したところ、キャンセル ポリシーでは当日のキャンセルは許可されていないため、残念ながら返金はできませんという返信が届きました。これはすぐに通知されたエラーで、元の部屋と他の部屋が数週間前に予約されていたことは明らかでした。 *********** から予約日を変更して返金できたと言われたにもかかわらず、ホテルは返金しません。彼は今 105 ポンドを自腹で払わなければならず、このホテルのカスタマー サービスは最低で、彼らが目にするのは ££££ のサインだけです。クリス**アスが近づいているのに、欲深いビジネスに 105 ポンドを捨てる余裕などありません。私たちはかなりの金額を自腹で払わされ、今、私の子供は苦しむことになります。お願いです、お願いです、お願いです、皆さん、この施設に予約して欲張りな人の懐を肥やさないでください。アレクサンダー ホテル - ホワイト ベイ 恥を知れ。少しでも良心があるなら、まともなことをして彼に返金しろ。

Nothing but a con. They took our money and never answered the phone. Arrived at 3pm to find the hotel closed, sat outside for a couple of hours. Calling the number and nobody answered. The hotel isn’t running and they just think people will pay £100 and not question it. SCAM.

Arrived after a 5 hour trip to find it closed and has been for months. No call, no warning and they have taken my money. Not the first person this has happened to apparently according to the hotel that did have a bed luckily. As a lone female traveller in the evening this was a horrible experience

Absolutely disgraceful booked this hotel a while back on our way to whitley bay we were contacted to say this hotel hadn't even reopened This is not acceptable luckily we managed to sort out other accommodation for ourselves I just can't understand why people were not contacted before the day of arrival thankfully we were only travelling from carlisle

Ok, its a cheap hotel near a seaside. The Staff were first class, very polite and friendly. The building however needs some serious money spent on it. My room was a decent walk away and included a few flights of stairs. The room was basic and the toilet floor had a suspicious brown puddle in the middle. I asked at reception the next morning if this could be addressed, when i returned nothing had been done. The next morning i asked again and they said a plumber couldn't be reached and would i like to change rooms. i decided to stay put as i read the reviews and thought my chances of getting a worse room were high. on night 3 i must have been moving around in my sleep as the 2 single beds pushed together as a double parted ways and i slid between the two (was comical at the time) .The other unfortunate point was its location, its 3 doors up from what i believe was a half way house with some very undesirable people outside drinking and playing music in there car on the drive way. Anxiety level at max about my cars security parked on the road outside every night. Overall its very cheap, but do not have high hopes when you arrive, the staff make it bearable but the owners need to invest 1000's to bring it up to any kind of standard. pay an extra £20 at stay in a holiday inn or Travelodge.

Relatively clean room. Nice gesture of providing a bottle of water and banana for GNR runners. I am not sure how this hotel could be a 4-star hotel. Outdated decor. We were supposed to have a double bed, but two single beds were pushed together. It might have worked, but it didn't, as the beds were uneven and had a gap in the middle. Very creaky floors, our room was shaking if someone passed by in the corridor. No quality sleep due to the noise of people passing by. Breakfast was mediocre. I couldn't connect to wifi. I wouldn't stay again.
