インターネットが使えなかったため、1 泊後に別の部屋に移動しました (部屋はかなり狭く、シャワーもベッドも小さく、2 人用の椅子は 1 脚のみ)。両方の部屋のカーテンが窓に対して狭すぎたため、部屋に早く光が入ってしまいました。 Wi-Fi は最初の 2 日間は良好でしたが、その後は良くありませんでした。数日間の朝食では、朝食は10:00までなのに、8:35にはスクランブルエッグとソーセージがすでになくなっていました。ある朝8時45分に、ロールパン、パン、スクランブルエッグ、ソーセージ、ヨーグルト、フルーツ、サラミ、チーズがなくなり、すでにすべてがなくなっていました。私がこのことについて何か言ったら、パンとハムが運ばれてきただけで、それで終わりでした。その紳士は、電子メールを送るだけでいいと言った。私がそうしたところ、「すぐに報告すべきだった」という返事が返ってきました。数日間の朝食なしと狭い部屋のために支払いすぎたと再度メールを送りましたが、それ以上の返信はありませんでした。週末に朝食を担当してくれた女性はとても素晴らしく、すべてをうまく補充してくれてとてもフレンドリーでした。立地は最高ですが、インターネットや朝食は期待しないでください。そこで働く 2 人の女性 (1 人は平日の受付担当、もう 1 人は週末の朝食担当) を除けば、サービスは本当にひどいです。

友人グループとドイツ旅行に行きました。デュッセルドルフ、コロニア、バート・ザルツフレンを訪れ、最後にベルリンに立ち寄りたいと思っていました。そこで、ペンションABCの2ルームアパートメントを5名で2023年10月10日から10月12日まで（2泊）予約しました。バート・ザルツフレン滞在中の10月10日にABCペンションから電話があり、ペンションでは泊まれないと言われ、何の解決策も示されませんでした。結局、その日はポツダムで泊まらざるを得ませんでした。騙されたようなもので、彼らのせいでベルリンに行けなかったのです。本当に腹が立ちます。絶対にここには予約しないでください！

We had great expectations of going to Berlin again a lovely city. This Pension is no way near the standard of a good hostel, the room looked nothing like those online, the room was tiny and the bathroom stunk of drains. the bed was ok but from sitting on the bed I could touch any wall it was that small. The furniture was low standard MDF from the late 80s and the safe could be picked up and moved. No wifi as stated, breakfast unless you were up at 8am a very limited choice. My advise dont go find somewhere else to stay. It has a good location, but for the price dont believe the photos or the information supplied by the owner.

Spent 4 nights here at the end of March. Will definitely NOT return. Room 12 is a decent size on the face of it, however you couldn't swing a cat in the bathroom - inconveniently positioned washbasin, which you can't wash your face in due to the shelf directly above it (kept banging my chin/forehead on). Nasty and dangerous (over length) shower curtain to fill in the gap of the missing PVC shower enclosure, blocks the plughole while you are showering, so you end up standing in a pool of used shower water. Not exaggerating when I say it is difficult to turn around in the bathroom even to just hang your towel. Breakfast was a very amateur presentation and soon ran out - by 9.45am the empty dishes were not being replenished even though breakfast is advertised as being served until 10am. Tasteless, weak coffee (ordered cappuccino at a charge of 2 Euros on third morning). Skirting boards throughout the room/bathroom were filthy and obviously hadn't seen a cloth and bucket of hot soapy water in some time. Noise from people coming and going in the corridor easily audible at all hours (all the rooms doors close with an echoing thud), Most uninviting stairwell to rooms. Cheap, semi-transparent curtains let the sunlight through at the crack of dawn, no darkness from the street lights outside. WiFi very patchy and lost connection every few of minutes. Make sure you get a receipt if you pay on arrival as staff will act ignorant when you check out and try and double collect. Reception is barely manned and dread to think who guests would turn to in the event of an emergency. The whole place just seems very grubby and outdated and done up with the cheapest possible fixtures. The only positive I can see is that the bedding is fresh, clean and the double bed we had (two singles pushed together) was actually very comfortable. I would pay extra and stay at the Ambiente or Lindemanns which we are moving to tomorrow. Honestly can't wait to leave this depressing place.

Worst is the dirtyness. We liked the staff and the breakfast. The surroundings are great and the hotel is central but the room and bathroom were dirty. Good and safe parking in the yard. But I dont think we will come back. Lots of interesting restaurants nearby.

Wollten eigentlich sparen, da wir nur übers Wochenende ein Platz zum übernachten gebraucht haben. Von vorne rein mussten wir nun 10€ drauf zahlen, da wir nach 18uhr da waren. Ab 22 Uhr ist es übrigens schon 20€. Dann noch 5€ Parkplatz. Sodass eigentlich schon ein eher besseres Hotel ja mal gebucht werden könnte. Das Zimmer sieht ok aus. Soweit sieht auch sauber aus, ausgenommen ein paar hängende Haare in der Toilette auf der Wand. Kein warmes Wasser im Waschbecken, duschen kann man auch mit Schwierigkeiten, da das Wasser in alle Richtungen strömt außer auf dich:D Na ja, lieber wo anderes gleich bleiben.

Dieses Haus ist leider nicht zu empfehlen. Nicht nur die Zimmer sind altbacken und die Möbel dringend erneuerungsbedürftig auch das Bad ist einfach nur unmöglich und schmuddelig. Hier sieht man das die Gäste abgezockt werden sollen, das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt in keinem Fall. Die Mitarbeiter sind zwar freundlich aber das wiegt den Rest nicht auf! Auch das Frühstück ist ⬇️. Kalte Eier, Rührei angebrannt. Auswahl sehr gering. Handtücher werden nur alle 3 Tage gewechselt. Betten muss man selber machen. Alles in allem...nie wieder!!!

- nur die U-Bahn-Nähe u. die Nähe zum Zentrum können überzeugen - das ZImmer hat den Charme eines Gefängniszimmers - das Bad ist nur etwas für Kleinwüchsige, extremst eng und unsauber - der "Hotelflur" und das äußere Erscheinungsbild ... 50er Jahre Stil - wirklich nur etwas Leute, die kein anderes Zimmer in Zentrumsnähe finden

Zum übernachten eher für Singles auf Party Tour. Zimmer zur Straßenseite war sehr laut, quasi zu jeder Uhrzeit. Badezimmer sehr klein. Es gab auch positives: Frühstück war völlig ausreichend und bereits im günstigen Preis inbegriffen. Die Zimmer waren soweit sauber (nein wir gehen nicht mit ultraviolettem Licht über Klobrille und Matratzen ;-)) . Die Tagesdecke sollte man sich jedoch besser Sparen oder gründlich reinigen... Lage war natürlich top für Ausflüge in alle Richtungen egal ab zu Fuß, per Bahn oder mit dem Bus. Trotzdem reicht es am Ende nur zu zwei Punkten. Im Schulnotensystem wäre es aber "ausreichend" (4) und nicht "mangelhaft" (5).
