The hotel management is poor. They did not inform us when they had done the pest control and breakfast will be delayed. The heater supplied was inferior quality. The room was not prepared, the towels were missing. Bill print not received as some issue with printer

Hotel rooms and facilities are excellent totally worth the money one spends. The food was very good in the restaurant. The location is quite central even though not exactly in the center. Its very well placed to get the best view of the kanchenjunga, has telescope and other facilities. But the best part is the hotel staff, very helpful and genuinely good people.
