オーシャン クラブ オン スマグラーズ ビーチ(Ocean Club on Smuggler's Beach)

We have stayed at this property several times. While this room is located close to the beach end if the property the room was not the best. Terrible bed, made a noise each time you moved. The bathroom fan sounded like a plane taking off and a patched up crack in the shower bottom. However, other rooms we have stayed in were much more utd. Location is excellent.

did not like the fact that my 2nd bed (sofabed) was not made up when we checked in (they knew from my reservation that we were 4 adults) and that you had to buy coffee for the second night....

Everything was great but the bed is terrible, I don’t know if needs a new bed but it is so uncomfortable that both my husband and I have back pain because of it.

Convenient, great ocean views, comfortable, clean rooms. Front desk staff and maintenance were friendly and helpful. Odd that there was a heavy wind storm while I was there and we were left a voice mail that the facility had no generator, but they were giving out candles. Course when I went to pick up candles at front desk, they weren't providing matches so I had to go to the store for some! Inconvenient and weird experience.

Spacious and clean room, well appointed. However we could hear EVERYTHING in the room above us , stomping for a 2 am bathroom break, the shower. If you are a light sleeper, your stay will depend on the occupants above you. The property is very good, but I preferred not to hear EVERYTHING people do at night.

This was a pleasant surprise. Off season visit for personal business. Room was spacious and well appointed,but SPOTLESSLY clean. No breakfast options on site but some places in town- more during high season.

Service was excellent from check in/out to housekeeping. The location was great. The apartments (didn't want to leave, extended my stay by taking a different but available apartment) were perfect! Both had good views, close enough to hear the ocean as well! Apartment was well stocked, very comfortable - loved the fireplace. Easy to wander down to the beach, watch the sunrise, etc. Oh! The laundry area was small, but perfect - no one else was using it but me. Much appreciated the free and on-site! No negatives. Would definitely stay here again.

The place was comfortable and the staff was kind and helpful. The location cannot be beat. The place is outdated and they use too many plastic cups. However, like I said, the location is pretty awesome.

The room was clean, Quiet and the saltwater pool was great as was the jacuzzi. View from my room was fantastic the service was excellent
