Undoubtedly the worst. The check-in was woeful with misinformation, total lack of consideration and disrespectful. There was a failure to provide facilities advertised and a reckless abandonment to provide appropriate bedding. Rather than a “premium” Queen there were 2 single beds pushed loosely together with absolutely woeful mattresses which had no support and were akin to a hammock. This caused sleep interruption and spinal pain. In a pandemic lockdown situation one would imagine that the basic elements of a clean air conditioning system would be fundamental but not in this place. The description: dirty and disgusting. The kitchen had filthy hot plates; dirty uncleaned oven and the inside of the microwave had peeling paint & damage to its internal surfaces. The kitchen facility went from terrible to toxic. It really is extraordinary that a hotel would offer any guests an apartment like this. It should be condemned by the health department and the management sacked for health and safety breaches. Really I’m not exaggerating! Of the hundreds of hotels that Ive stayed in all around the world this hotel is exceptional in its failure of duty of care and responsibility to guests. The finale goes to the so called balcony. It was furnished, yes. Furnished in rust and dirt. One couldn’t use the chairs or the table because you’d suffer rust contamination. As soon as I could, I fled. Clearly the worst hotel in the galaxy.
