The hotel just reopened on July 1st, everything is new and the staff is very friendly. The sea view room is wonderful and also good cleanliness is very important. The food is not so varied, but of good quality, so a good experience for Bulgaria. We hope all the same in the years to come.

Gym was advertised however they don't have it, don't provide any partial refund. Room had a smell of sigarets, not worth the money

I give them only 3stars, this hotel is so farfrom 4 stars hotels.
In the summer forgot about parkong place, has reserved for staff, for security gourds of boss, but not for client of the hotel.
Sozopol is very famous and special old town, but with this hotels services...

On the description,
they wrote that they have free parking lot, but instead I was surprised to see they only had 5 parking slots and they were all filled. I looked for a place to park my car for about 2 hours when all the 24 hour parking lots were closed and I couldn't get in any because they were full too. I ended up parking in a place that was a 25 minute walk away from the hotel. The room isn't that great either. The walls have cracks in them and the ventilation looked like a complete mess. In my opinion this is not a hotel worth staying in.

The breakfast was from previous week probably! They took about 15 euros for our chihuahuas but I don’t understand for what... cause there was nothing prepared not even a coup for water we had ours
After all the COVID crisis is for all its not good to bare our skin
I will not return there!
