ザ・マディソン・イン(The Madison Inn)

Stayed here overnight to see a show at the First Interstate Theater of the Arts. Great location and fantastic breakfast. Parking lot a little crowded but generally adequate. Would definitely stay again.

Needed to be by SHMC and this property was very convenient. Hotel is older, probably should be renovated but is very clean. Breakfast is barely ok. Nice to stay here so you don’t have to deal with parking at the hospital.

It is convenient to the hospital. It's below freezing outside and they put us on bottom floor next to the exit but didn't have the heat turned on so it wouldn't warm up. We asked to be moved.

This is a basic hotel but is close to downtown and near the folks I visit when I come to Spokane.

We pick this location because it was close to the Air force base, we were moving my sons items back to Texas as he was going on deployment. When we got to our rooms the first one had red stains on the blanket & sheets. We were given another room, but it had only 1 double and 1 single. We were told we would get a 30.00 credit for this problem. Never received. I used their washer/dryers, when I took the clothes from the washer one of the shirts had black stains all over it. They gave me carpet cleaner to get them out, but all did not get out, so one of the ladies said she would take the shirt, try to remove the stains, which she did & the shirt faded bad. Then looking at my statement this month their was a 20.00 charged, don't know for what, have tried to call, left message for general manager, no return back. So right now I am out 50.00. This all happen back in Oct and it is Dec, with nothing resolved.

Here's the deal. I live 50 miles from here. I wanted to get a room at Madison Inn so I would be close to the hospital for a 7:00 a.m. appointment. Before we left to go to the motel, my wife became ill. Here's the problem I have with Madison Inn:

Truly pet friendly. Close to many medical facilities and reasonably priced for those who have appointments and procedures scheduled.

Charlene was on front desk when I checked in, and out, and she was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful with any questions I had. The room I stayed in was clean and quiet and comfortable. I was able to walk to a doctor's appointment and not deal with the hassle of the parking garage at the hospital. I would definitely book another stay and recommend to my family and friends.

Close to a lot of different things. Would be a great place to stay if you have a family member in the hospital.
