This hotel was absolutely wonderful! Soft, comfortable beds with good pillows. I stayed in an extended stay suite so it had a kitchenette which included anything you could need. Very clean hotel and top notch staff. Will definitely book again at any of their locations. I’m thankful I found this hotel while on a cross country move - I was able to recharge and slept like a baby. The front desk was incredibly accommodating in booking a room without a reservation given how busy it was. Truly appreciated!

Hotel beautiful and clean. Service was Excellent. Staff very pleasant and helpful when needed. Pool and hot tub awesome. Unfortunately the beds were not comfortable at all. We tossed and turned most of the night with aches and pains next day. Three nights left us very sore after our trip.

This is a fairly new property, located in a very quiet part of the Spokane Valley area yet close to all the businesses. It is fairly small, with very friendly staff. Free onsite parking. We were upgraded to a one bedroom suite. Very spacious with 2 TVs. Sitting area and bathroom counter/sink area outside of the toilet and shower. That is very convenient. The bedroom is very clean and sleep quality superb. The breakfast had all the expected items. We enjoyed oatmeal, yogurt, banana. Also has usual eggs, sausage, cereal, etc. If we are in the area again, will definitely stay here.

This place was fantastic and greatly priced considering all of the amenities that they offer. The service was great, the rooms were nice and big with all of the things you needed for a stay. The personnel working here were top notch and helped us feel at home. We will stay here every time we are in town!

The service and hospitality staff were amazing. I left my Kindle at the hotel, after discovering that, I called the hospitality desk and they talked to housekeeping who found my Kindle and promptly mailed it back to me. Their honesty was much appreciated and the promptness in which they mailed the Kindle back to me was amazing. Thank you.

房間非常乾淨，前台態度好。早餐就是普通的西式早餐，性價比好，Holiday Inn 的連鎖酒店都還不錯，工薪階層首選，對比了一下，攜程比booking便宜點，也和前台諮詢了一下，通過官網會員價一般有10%的折扣，但是還是通過第三方平台更便宜😊
