ホテル ディ ダッチ(Hotel dei Duchi)

L'albero si trova in una zona molto centrale prima dell'ingresso nella zona più antica. Appena si entra vi indicano un parcheggio a circa 200 metri ad un prezzo di 5€ al giorno, prezzo esclusivo per gli ospiti dell'albergo. Vi sono anche dei parcheggi per i clienti dello stesso albergo, ma sono limitati ad una decina di posti, credo vada chiesto prima la disponibilità. Le camere sono grandi, pulite e dotate di TV. I bagni sono nuovi, in ottimo stato, con bagno schiuma e shampoo. Ovviamente vi sono anche gli asciugamani. La colazione è eccezionale, di tipo internazionale, con dolci e salato. Tutti cibi freschi. Siamo rimasti veramente contenti per tutto. Consigliatissimo. Purtroppo non ho fatto delle foto all'interno delle camere.

A nice hotel in a convenient location. The rooms are a good size and well soundproofed, there is a soccer pitch next door ans we couldn't hear a sound from the game. Our room had a walking shower. The room also had a kettle and two cups but no spoons or milk. I found the bed to be hard. There is a lovely spot in the lobby to sit, read and watch the world go by. Breakfast had a good range.

While visiting Spoleto, we stayed 3 nights at this hotel. The location is quite close (5-10 minute walk) to most of the sights within town. Upon arrival, our 3rd floor room was quite warm, and we were told that the A/C has been turned off for the fall and winter. Fortunately, we were able to open the window each day to cool the room sufficiently. The neighborhood was quiet even when we left our window open overnight. We liked the large shower and long vanity in our bathroom along with a comfortable bed. The included breakfast buffet had a decent selection but no hot items such as bacon and eggs.

I was here for four nights with a small tour group. The hotel is well-located at the edge of the upper historic part of Spoleto. It's quiet and beautifully decorated. The bed was comfortable, bathroom modern. A beautiful view of the surrounding countryside from my window. The breakfast was fine, though not remarkable, but the two group dinners we had in the restaurant were exceptionally good--and there are a number of good restaurants within a short walk. If I ever return to Spoleto, it would be a pleasure to stay here again.

The location is close to the center of the old town, very convenient for sightseeing.There are many delicious restaurants nearby, making it the perfect place to enjoy dinner.There is a bus stop nearby, making it easy to get to the station.The rooms are very clean and quiet.The employees were also very kind, and they were very concerned about my wife when she caught a cold.

We were staying at the "Dei Duchi" fourth time. And, hopefully, not the last one. We love that place in the heart of Umbria. Wonderful stuff, hostpitality, convenient to drive in there, convenient to drive around. To say in short - THANK YOU!

Excellent location, few minutes walk from main spots in historical centre. Staff is very kind and ready to help. Some rooms are equipped for disabled (key for us). Rooms are very clean. Breakfast quality is good (mainly sweet Italian breakfast). Highly recommended.

We stayed here on a Road Scholar tour. The room was too hot and there was no A/C in the winter, but otherwise it was comfortable. There was excellent service and I received frequent emails asking for feedback. They were answered immediately. There was excellent food. It is a great location, and you could walk to all the parts of town, or take the underground moving walkways. There were nice pillows.

Great welcome, helpful staff. Drinks not overpriced. Car Parking. Rooms very clean. Price per night reasonable. Would recommend. Easy access to major road. Did not try the restaurant but the menu looked enticing. Excellent breakfast.
