スペルゲビート ロッジ(Sperrgebiet Lodge)

Simple, with beautiful views and very restful after a long day of driving. Great stopover between Cape Town and Windhoek. Have been twice and will be back!

Delicious gorgeous place, wonderful hosts. Only a couple km (on a good gravel road) from the main N7 highway, but as quiet as anything. Stars in abundance (even though it was full moon). I had trouble with motorbike and Tertius and Marilize were super-helpful.

We did a road-trip and stayed here for only one night. The owners was amazing and friendly, even bought my beer for me in town. Very quiet and peaceful, most beautiful sunsets. We will recommend this place to anyone. Best of all, they are pet friendly, we had our little dog with us.

We had the most wonderful stay, our hosts were so friendly, accommodating and helpful! Very friendly and warm welcome by their dogs too. The most spectacular scenery, with the most incredible clear evening sky. Very clean and comfortable accommodation, with all the essentials for cooking and making your own braai. We so enjoyed our stay We extended x3 more nights. A perfect spot to be, rest and enjoy, onroute to Namibia.

We loved our overnight stay at Sperrgebiet Farm. The cottage was incredibly well equipped - even with loadshedding, they made sure that the generator was on and our evening was unaffected. We had a lovely walk around the farm, accompanied by the dogs, before we left the next morning - so beautiful and peaceful. Highly recommended!! Andrew & Tracy

Sperrgebiet Lodge was the first stop en route to our adventure for a month in Namibia. Marelize and Tertius were warm and wonderful hosts. They kindly offered to print our PCR results and were extremely gracious in giving us all the necessary maps and brochures for our trip. Our expensive map book was replaced by these handy brochures which made our trip a breeze. Thanks Marelize! The cottage was homely, comfortable and clean! We were sad that we hadn’t booked a longer stay to experience the beautiful farm and scenery. Each cottage has a cosy stoep with a stunning view and there’s even a swimming pool to enjoy. This place definitely goes back onto our bucket list for a revisit!!!

Die Sperrgebiet Lodge war eine sehr gute Wahl für uns, kleine Hütchen mit allem comfort und sehr sauber, die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Gegend ist sehr schön und es gibt wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge.
