This is a beautiful boutique property. They have missed the mark however on one of the most important aspects of a hotel—comfort! This was likely one of the worst hotel beds I’ve ever tried to sleep in. If you desire a bed as hard as a rock—then this is your place. All the little extra amenities lose their shine when one cannot get a decent night’s sleep. Invest in some quality mattresses and you’ll have a 5-star rating.

Fantastic hotel! The room smelled so clean freshly mopped floor! I loved that it didn’t have carpet. The rooftop bar staff was highly entertaining and made our night super fun. It was in a great downtown area and just a short walk to a fantastic steak house (Flame). Lots around to do!

Hotel Vandivort is a beautiful hotel in downtown Springfield! Pros : room very nice and comfortable, beautiful lobby, nice bar, staff friendly Cons: food is average and expensive, service is slow, light switches in rooms are complicated and hard to read( need my readers) cream in room for coffee is old.

I loved this place. First time to Springfield and i felt like i found the best hotel in Missouri. The kicker is the staff was EXTREMELY nice and helpful... from parking services to check-in and the restaurant/bar service. Every one of them were delightful.

Took advantage of the downtown location to walk to dinner & attend a concert. Were we pleasantly surprised at this immaculate gem! Very upscale throughout, and all staff was exceptional. Thank you!

They were so accommodating I appreciate everything they did for me and my husband. The general manager was wonderful to work with, and I will always stay there when I go to Springfield!

Staff - A V2 Suite - A Cleanliness - A Decor - A We booked one night on a Thanksgiving week road trip. The hotel is beautiful. Our daughter used the sofa pull out bed and it was the most comfortable pull out mattress ever. Her bed was more comfortable than ours. The bedding all around is fantastic. Thoughtful decor and wonderful staff.

Our stay at the hotel was very nice. The beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed the restaurant and room service. We were there on a Monday so not much was going on in town and very little open unfortunately.

The building was a nicely renovated older building with lots of charm. However, our room had two small windows with a view of the alley. The curtains didn't work very well, and the switches for them and lights were a little confusing on how to use them. They didn't not service the room during our weekend stay. Not sure if that is the norm, but I did not see any notice of that. Your choice of parking wasn't the best. You could park in a very limited number of public spaces across the road or in the garage behind the hotel. Good luck getting back to the hotel at night though. You could get the valet parking option, but seems people were waiting some time for their cars.
