Great service by the staff who were very helpful great meals at realistic prices Room was modern clean and excellent bathroom with lots of room the bed was very comfortable and the air-conditioning was quiet Plenty of parking close to shops,cafe and fuel

It was a nice stopover but there was no cutlery in draws apart from that it was a nice room for the night

Have stayed here many times . Staff are always friendly and helpful, food always been great, rooms always clean and tidy. Did have a problem with an aircon once but was quickly fixed by management.. parking is great straight out the front of your unit , all ground floor so no steps

Have stayed here and eaten in restaurant before. Found standard had slipped considerably. Accomodation is basic prefab motel unit and is fine and good value. Lots of workers catered for but meals were pretty ordinary. I went for sausages mash and veggies. Sausages not sourced locally or from any butcher for that matter. Overly processed frozen sausages which have been delivered in a freezer van. Just awful. Wife had salmon which was mushy and had been sitting around in a food warmer. Mash potatoes were great. They pour a good Guinness and staff were good. Food a let down.

Stingy rooms not even any cutlery. No bedside lamps wotking. Top blanket very dodgy. Grey gtim depressing

Walked into the room and it was baking hot as the heater was left on in the room. You look at the carpet and there is muddy foot prints from door to bathroom.. for a "delux" room at $135/night the carpet is stained with what looks like oil. The bathroom floor was dusty and dirty. The rooms are nowhere near as nice as what is depicted on the website.

Great price. Easily accessible rooms. Practical plan. Service at restaurant was great. Very quick. Some food a bit tasteless. Submitted request form for breakfast the next morning but was told next morning that they had no requests. There were other people's breakfast request forms in the same tray so guess those people missed out too. Unfortunately we were on our way south and there wasn't anywhere else to eat for hours. Thank goodness we had some other bits and pieces to eat in the car. Bathroom seemed a bit grotty...shower floor a bit slimy with mouldy grout as so often the case in hotels. Toilet was a bit dirty here and there and toilet paper roll was already half used. No lamps which was a bit of a pain. Wine glasses were very dusty and light in cupboard/ kitchen section didn't turn on.

The room was very nice and the bed was comfortable the only issue was the aircon did have a heat mode and the blankets wernt suitable for the cold night. Even with the extra blanket in the bed it was a very cold night.
