ロイヤル ホテル スプリングウッド(Royal Hotel)

I just stayed for one night but I was really impressed with the Hotel and its facilities. The rooms are a good size, the beds are comfortable, the wifi is good and the location is convenient and close to public transport, train station and cafes. The bistro is nice and the food is really good too. All in all the Hotel is good value for money.

There was no air-conditioning the area full of homless and noisy area. It wasn't a hotel it was a pub with rooms upstairs

Stayed overnight and the manager who checked us in was excellent. Rooms clean and tidy and comfortable. Bistro was was also fresh and very tasty.

Great budget option for travelling into Sydney for the evening. 1hr 20min train trip to your door. Very basic but comfortable room. Lovely coffee shop for breakfast downstairs. Good parking.

Rooms big and comfortable , Had a problem with hot water ran tap for a long time , staff said they would review it. Meals were fantastic, and friendly and helpful staff.

No air conditioning, way to hot, only ceiling fans Very noisy but probably expected that

Great pub and conveniently located on the Main Street. Rooms are clean and spacious.

Website doesn’t mention that this is above a bar and the music and noise made sleeping impossible

The room was hot and the window was open when I arrived on a 38 degree day which made it unbearable to stay in. I closed the window and went downstairs for a refreshing ale. After a while I went back up and closed the window and put the fan on (as I knew there was no air conditioning. There was no fridge in the room so couldn’t have a cool drink. I would not stay here again and would not recommend it.
