The quality of the coffee, the service provided by the staff imran that made our experience memorable. And the view of cafe in Taj was exceptional , and the cleanliness of the place, the variety of coffee options available, the pricing, and if there were any unique features that stood out to us.

Best experience, great view, warm hospitality. best food. The rooms are best kept. All rooms have a lake view. Centrally located.

The hotel premise is just mesmerizing. All the rooms are having Dal lake view from balcony. Hotel staffs are so nice and polite. Suraj from hotel staff served us most of the time during our breakfast and dinner and ensured we are fully comfortable. I would recommend this stay.

Overlooking the famous Dal Lake, and surrounded by mountains on the other sides, this property impresses from the moment you approach it via the scenic drive up the mountain. Few hotels have as beautiful surroundings as the Taj Vivanta. Have been to this property on numerous occasions , some just to enjoy their restaurants and the views! The rooms /suites are spacious and one should definitely opt for the ones with a view of the lake. The lawns are sprawling and well maintained. The service staff is attentive and professional. It is a little slice of heaven! There are a couple of security check points right before entering the premises of the property, Ample free parking is available, including parking spots with charging stations for electric cars. The food choices for the most part are above average but nothing to rave about. Enjoy the sun-rises and sun-sets in this little heaven on earth. Breathe the freshest of air , and feel the incredible serenity and natural beauty around in this place.

Vivanta Srinagar Another top notch hotel from the Taj group. Right from the start, we were made to feel welcome and as if it was a pleasure from them to have us. Arzoo and Muskan at the front desk, .... in the restaurant. The room was spacious and clean with magnificent views of dal lake. We were upgraded to the next level and we sincerely thank the team for accommodating our request. The staff at the restaurant was very warm and attentive at all the times. Especially Suraj. The food served at all the meals was excellent and the spread was elaborate. We loved the hospitality extended by every member of the staff by interacting, guiding and sharing various nearby locations and this inspite of being busy with a large event. Every guest is made to feel special and welcome here. Great efforts by the entire team at Vivanta Srinagar. U won our hearts by all the big and small kind gestures. Arzoo and Muskaan a special thank you to both of you for making our stay a memorable one.
