I have stayed at this property many times in the past when it was a best western. This new owner has let it go downhill. There are rodent holes in the mattress. It was not properly lighted. There were chew marks on the baseboards and chunks of tiles missing on the tile bathroom floor. There were some interesting stains on the bathroom walls and many "landlord" special repairs in the room. Im not an extremely picky person when staying in a hotel, since my income doesnt allow me to stay in nice hotels but this place was unacceptable. Also the mattresses were 6" mattresses and dipped...so that and having rodents in them was a no for me. Also having hotels not help me switch out or give any real refund for this experience is annoying. I was there and explained what was happening nothing. The first girl i spoke with said she thought they could switch me so i booked another hotel thinking id get a refund for the first but no not at all - dont trust the app dont trust the hotels on it
