We had a booking for two nights but when we arrived at 11.15 pm the room was in horrible conditions. The bed was so old the matras had a U-shape, it was very dirty, the closet was broken, the walls were very dirty and under construction, there was almost no water out of the tap (so also no shower) and there was a power outage in the building (so no light, and no AC). We had a call and a talk with the manager, he didn’t want to give any compensation and didn’t give a refund for the night we didn’t sleep there. We contacted the clientservice of *********** for a refund, they tried, and even there he didn’t want to give our money back.
