住過的最差酒店、客服人員態度惡劣的很，要求各種小費，説好的入住時間根本沒人鳥你，哪怕就是進去放個行李都不行。位置不算難找，但是周圍很多差不多的房子你根本不知道是哪一間。讓工作人員出來接一下結果傻等2小時，根本沒人鳥。前門不開，後門才進出***噁心。下午3點才能入住，還得在他的網頁付款入住訊息1英鎊，前台給現金也不行。衹能説垃圾中的垃圾

垃圾，不要定這家店

Very easy to find close to airport .Staff were very helpfuland friendly.Hotel was clean and room was spacious ,bed was comfortable .Food was good and prices were reasonable ,will definately use again was very pleased with our stay.

Not good. Parking is if there is any available. Garden is overgrown with brambles at head height along the path making access difficult. Key pad on door is only visible at night as surface cover is so scratched. Took me ages to get in. Noisy road. Generally clean although signs of mould in shower. Pillows were so uncomfortable, felt like they were full of rocks. Everywhere needs a good coat of paint. Never saw any staff. Basic.

Booked and confirmation of booking was sent. On day of check in, they promise you that they will send an email with details of how to enter. They Never did. I waited outside in the cold trying to get in the property for more than 30 minutes. Tried to ring the number on the email and guess what? NO ANSWER. Not the first to complain about this aweful owner scammer. For peace of mind STAY AWAY. Do NOT BE SCAMMED like me!

I had a booking of 2 days from 11-13 june and paid all the amount in advance by credit card. There was a very strange policy that we cannot check in after 10:00 pm. I landed at 8:30 and the immigration line was too long so I was able to reach there by 10:20 but no body was there and they didn’t sent me the code. However, my friend helped me a lot by letting me live at his house for the same night. On the next day, I had a booking too but Heathrow ensuite rooms cancelled the booking of the next day too. This is not at all fair. Before coming, they took e-signature on a long big form where the policies were mentioned as they were the policies of a house rent agreement. They shouldn’t have cancelled the next day booking. This is not right. When I called them as well as ***********(from where I booked the room) both said that it was written in the policies and we are not able to help you. They are looting us. That night was a nightmare for me. Also , I would like to thank trip advisor for sharing my view.

The code to get the key and door code should have been sent earlier so when I arrived I knew what I was doing. All I had was a check in time finishing at 10pm. So I rushed around trying to get there before 10pm, wasting money on an expensive taxi at £35 compared to the return trip next morning on bus to T5 and free train at £3.50
