You did it again ....2nd visit...fabulous . I cannot fault this hotel , the team that make peoples dream holidays come true , the attention to detail, the food , the service Happy friendly team of people providing exceptional service with a nothing is to much trouble attitude . From the moment we arrived, to the moment we left, the hotel staff were amazing. The hotel is beautiful, the grounds are wonderful to walk round and so well kept. The restaurant, pool snack bar and the bars are fabulous. The food was wonderful, so much choice, and a very high standard. Konstantina in the restaurant was so helpful and so very kind. Kostas at the pool bar was so friendly and always had a smile no matter how busy or hot it was. Georges in the main bar always had a smile on his face and always remembered what drink you liked. My husband had a knee injury during our stay, the hotel arranged the doctor to come to our room, and were so helpful during the rest of our stay. Even though my husband ended up on crutches, everything was so accessible. The hotel was spotless, rooms so clean. Pool areas were wonderful. The entertainment was run by Whacko who was a bundle of energy and the image of George Michael. He also ran the aqua aerobics which was the best fun. He made everything so much fun. We loved the hotel, the location, the pool, the beach, in fact, just everything was perfect. We are already looking at coming back next year, and we are very sad to be home from the most wonderful week. Thank you everyone who works at the hotel, you all made our stay just brilliant.

This hotel is beautiful all staff are amazing and cannot do enough for you to ensure you have a great holiday, when we arrived we had drainage problems in our first room so we’re swiftly moved to another, pool areas are great, restaurants are very good and a la carte restaurant was phenomenal they accommodated a huge birthday party and Stella and her team were wonderful. A big shout out to Whako the entertainment water aerobics is great fun 🤩 great holiday - the only downside was the subbed wars as soon as the Germans arrived hotel does stop you putting towels out before 8am but very hard to police

This is an excellent hotel in an A1 location To start it's only 20 min drive from Heraklion airport, We arrived about midnight and the reception quickly checked us in and took our cases for us to our room, once I the room we were pleasantly surprised to find a chilled bottle of wine and some snacks waiting for us. All the staff are very happy and helpful, on our 1st trip to the bar the barman George shook my hand and introduced himself and from then on for the next 11 days he never forgot my name. All the bar staff were great remembering what you like to drink and promptly brought them to you when you sat down . The entertainment is brought in from outside but is overseen by wacko who is a bundle of fun and energy and doesn't stop .The beachfront location is excellent a 5 second walk and your on the beach. The sea is calm and crystal clear. The town which is full of bars and restaurants is a 2 min walk away I can't recommend this place enough , we try and not go back to the same place twice but I think this might be the exception 😁

Very nice location great spot to the beach staff arę friendly and welcoming food is SO good that i cant say anything about it its grea variety and quality at the same time At the night shows arę great as well and day time activities arę good as well we love it all and we will be back to this hotel

The beachfront location was perfect, providing stunning views and easy access to the sea. The territory of the hotel is beautifully maintained, with lush gardens and scenic spots. A special highlight was the daily morning yoga sessions, which I really suggest you try out. They provided a perfect start to the day. Highly recommended for a memorable vacation!

Great hotel for couples. Chilled atmosphere during the day with lively entertainment at night, it has everything! Perfect views of the sea wherever you sit and dedicated space to spend day at the beach during the day. Rooms were very clean and cleaned daily, couldn’t ask for much more

The hotel was very classy and the garden at the hotel was beautiful. The location of the hotel was very good, the hotel is next to the sea and also close to the airport. It was nice that there was entertainment every day at the hotel. We specially enjoyed the aqua aerobic, because the gym instructor was very energetic and skillful. Also the food at the hotel was fresh and tasteful. Service at the hotel was good and polite. We really enjoyed our holiday!
