I have left my mobile phone charger in hotel room during checked out.then the owner really did alot of effort to help sending my charger to my next hotel in shanghai.even he kept followed up until i received my good.
The hotel location also very good near ferry terminal walking distance so easy to take shuttle bus to go around island.and beside hotel alot of restaurant.
And the most important the owner is very helpful and can do pick you up in ferry terminal.
Beside good service the hotel price consider cheaper among other similar hotel.
So will definetely come back and stay.
Even i did abit late checked out the hotel was never charged me extra fee.
The owner also can guide you how to go putoa island and any information needed just contact via wechat.
匿匿名ユーザーI wish I had taken more photos of the hotel and the. room we stayed in. the hotel has a homey and welcoming feel. the beds are very Comfortable and the water pressure is good. the decorations are designed to make you feel the seaside feeling of the island. this hotel was so clean, the daily upkeep was meticulous even with my sandy children coming in from the beach, each time we returned to the room it was spotless. the owner of the hotel went above and beyond to help us understand the bus and ferry booking, he gave the best tips on where to go and what to see. there the island itself was busy but we found the beaches empty and the children had a Wonderful time playing in the waves. I will return and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to relax.
ゲゲストWe loved the customer service. Due to gale warning, we arrived a day early. The hotel got a shuttle service to and from Ferry/airport. We arrived late and the weather wasn't the greatest, but the owner were willing to drive us to get food and offer to pickup. After a long day of rushing from one island to another, we much needed a foot massage. Due to the bad weather, the owner was so nice to offer to drive us to a massage parlor and pick us up after. This is some excellent service you don't see often. The hotel doesn't have elevator, but it's not really an issue for us. The rooms were clean and neat. I could see the temple from my room. This place is in a community, but not far from alot of places. It's walking distance to rent a moped, If you could ride a moped, I 100% recommend it. You could use Wechat/Alipay to rent it. We rent it to ride everywhere. It's very safe. I would definitely book with them again and recommend this place to stay if you are planning to visit the island.
OOrangelilihStayed there for two nights between 23-25 Dec with two friends. The family room has two double beds and a private bathroom, and is spacious enough for three of us. We were very happy with our stay and will recommend it.
- The room was immaculate, beds were comfortable, and the shower worked perfectly. Can't fault it
- Location - The B&B is in a residential complex off Mei Qin Road, about 10 mins walk from the wharf and Puji Temple. 2 mins from the bus stop. Very convenient
- The host Xiao Xiong was intentative and very helpful. It was our first time to Putuo Island, she gave us great advice about how to get around and which temples to visit
If I were to nitpick, the sound proof was poor. However, the B&B is in the middle of the complex and Dec is off season, the noise was tolerable.
MMarina 美Location is very convenient, just 15 min walking from the Ferry Terminal. There is a huge park on the way to hotel.
Super close to Puji mountain.
Room is very bright with sunlight and very warm. Need to wait hot water in shower a little bit, please don’t jump immediately.
Minsu has no reception table so u will need to call the owner when u arrive to the place. It would be challenging for foreigner friends, owner cannt speak English.
For sure will choose this place to stay again.
ゲゲストThe hotel does offer a sea view as advertised, but it is more of a port view rather than a scenic ocean view. The rooms are not clean enough, we noticed that the air vents were extremely dusty. When we turned on the air conditioning, there was a noticeable dusty odor, making it difficult to breathe, which forced us to turn it off despite the cold weather.
Additionally, the towels provided were not up to standard—some were visibly aged, worn out, and even torn. This significantly impacted the overall comfort of our stay. Improving towel quality and ensuring better air vent maintenance would greatly enhance the guest experience.
