酒店很好新裝修的！前台小姐姐很熱情，地理位置也不錯，走下去就是步行街！步行街上有一家本地菜館，羊肉做的特別棒，跟中國餐廳的口味一模一樣，另外還有一家餅店也很好吃，我們走的時候，前台的阿姨幫我們叫車，叫完車還在門口幫我們等車，服務太棒了，給滿分

I made a reservation at Boss Hotel. I needed accommodation for one night before heading back home, so I wanted to find a hotel close to the main old market. Additionally, I was keen on a hotel that provided free car parking, not due to cost concerns, but rather to ensure easy car accessibility as I prefer not to drive within the city. I decided on Boss Hotel with the expectation of complimentary parking. Upon my arrival at the hotel, the staff informed me about the available car parking options. However, visualizing the arrangements was a bit challenging, especially since I had a lot of luggage and was uncertain about the security of public parking. Finding the hotel's location proved to be a struggle, as it was situated in a hilly area. Despite this, my initial feelings of being overwhelmed were quickly replaced by a sense of comfort and belonging, thanks to the exceptionally supportive and responsive staff. Although the hotel's location required navigating some stairs from the city, which was a bit of a challenge for me due to my physical condition, the warm and welcoming ambiance made me feel right at home. Despite having stayed in over six different hotels during the past couple of weeks, the breakfast experience at Boss Hotel, with its views of old houses and charming narrow streets, stood out as a highlight. As for parking, I eventually learned that it was permissible to park in the public area nearby, and the parking was complimentary. Additionally, I was given the option to park at the hotel for a fee of 10 euros per day.

Not so nice in the reception. The cleaner was very nice but not one lady in the reception. The breakfest was empty. The breakfest is supposed to be from 8-11 but already 8.00 it was so little breakfest and they are not putting more breakfest. The warm food was cold (eggs and the few hotdogs that was served). When i avsked here about breakfest the answered in a bad Mood that there was not more. But we payed to have breakfest. Never coming here again!! Not recomending this place and speciell if you are coming with kids.

Absolutely great. Really friendly staff and fantastic location. Could’t ask for more. I would recommend and visit again.

Hotel Boss was incredible. The location is exuisit, hotel is very clean and the staff is incredelbly nice. Breakfast is nice and you can find everithing for everyone. When we visit Sarajevo again, we Will stay in Boss hotel for sure.

Esperienza pessima. La struttura si to a su una ripida strada con uno scivoloso acciottolato a rischio cadute. Leggo di bel panorama è di un giardino. In realtà si tratta di uno spazio esterno con tre tavolini in cui parcheggia anche qualche macchina che si affaccia su un terreno abbandonato pieno di erbacce. Le camere sono accettabili ma non pulite. Ho utilizzato una tazza per un te e tazza con bustina è rimasta lì fino alla partenza. La colazione è scarsa , per farla ci sono 4 piccoli tavolini per cui bisogna alternarsi e in più sgombrare da soli i tavoli se si vuol poggiare il proprio piatto. Il primo giorno la macchina erogatrice delle bevande ha smesso di funzionare. È arrivata da fuori una signora con 2 contenitori uno di latte e uno con il caffè. Ma il secondo giorno la macchina era ancora rotta e di fronte alle rimostranze le cameriere ridacchiavano fra loro. Sulla porta si vedono 4 stelle, non ne merita nemmeno una.

Otelin tek olumsuzluğu otelin yokuşta olması ve biraz da hemen yanında mezarlık olması. Araçla navigasyon doğru getiriyor ama dar sokaklardan gelmek otelin önünde ücretsiz olan park yerine ulaşmak çok kolay olmuyor. Yorumlarda bundan hiç bahsedilmemiş. Şahsen ben bir daha gelirsem yürüyerek gidip gelmesi daha kolay olan yokuş olmayan bir oteli tercih ederim diye düşünüyorum. Otelden Başçarşı yürüyerek 7 dakika deniyor. Ama giderken iniş tamam ama dönüşte yürümek için bile bozuk olan ciddi bir yokuş var. Haritada yakın gözükse de yokuş olmasi ciddi bir dezavantaj. Onun dışında otelin binası yeni, ufak eksiklikler var ama genelde çalışanların güleryüzü, banyo klima yatak vs donanımı ***et iyi. Yokuşu dert etmeyenler için gene de iyi bir tercih olabilir.
