Trip.com did not send my reservation to hotel. I had to contact them 3 times to get them to confirm the reservation with the hotel and they can see my reservation. We booked a premiere King with lake view for 3 nights. The room advertised on the website was almost close to the room we got. We did not get floor to ceiling windows like shown on the website. We had no A/C the 1st night, when Air conditioning is advertised as an amenity. We called it in, they fixed it, but then it stopped working again within 6 hours. In the afternoon of the 2nd day, we had no A/C again and then the A/C unit started leaking and destroyed the ceiling. We had to ask to be moved. They blamed it on condensation and didn't want to move us. They downgraded us to a smaller room and different room type, a 2 bedded Queen room with lake view. Upon check out, the hotel charged us for Valet parking and self parking for all 3 nights. The hotel charged us the total cost of the room each night, because Trip.com did not send the payment to the hotel. The hotel said we charged your card because we didn't have the 3rd party payment card on file for your reservation. Never once did any hotel staff apologize for the problems and they refused to upgrade us or provide any compensation for the problems. No service recovery at all.

Overall it was a terrific experience, Disappointed in the restaurant, the service was not very good I enjoyed the food. There was a language problem which made it difficult and our order was wrong. The room was wonderful, One of the reasons I always book there is for the experience at the pool and waterfall. The waterfall was not turned on and trying to get service from the woman who checked us in and gave us towels was actually pretty terrible. I especially want to comment on the service we receive from the bellhop, a wonderful man who went out of his way to give us the best service of all.

good location but expensive parking. room are spacious. rugs are old.

Everything is great! I do love it. Reasonable price which everyones are able to stay. I’d love to go again next time

意外的非常棒

From someone who travels a lot, AVOID Bally’s at all cost. They literally don’t clean your room without you calling to request it (and only between 9am-12pm), which I’ve never seen at a hotel...not sure what I’m paying a $34 resort fee for if they’re not even cleaning the rooms Pillows are tiny and the rooms are large but okay at best. Parking instructions are confusing, they have a QR code for you to pay for it but also deduct it from the hold on your credit card at checkout…. Minimums are high on the ****** games AVOID AVOID AVOID

Checked in room#1635 on Thursday night and realized the vending machine ate $1 and then broke down, not working anymore. The shower in the room was ridiculously weak and cold, no matter how you turn the nob of the shower it was still cold, not even lukewarm. The vending machine was not working on 17th floor either. It ate another $1 then broke down. I’m wondering if this is the gimmick of the hotel. Although the TV shows it has YouTube, Netflix and other apps but none of them works. You only can watch cable TV! Overall it only has a good location since it is close to the snowmobile and snow tubing nearby. I will not return to this hotel.
