フロントでのチェックインに1時間もかかりました。グループで宿泊していたのですが、予約と料金が同じ名字の別のグループに渡されてしまいました。待っている間に、係員2人とマネージャー1人を連れて行って問題を解決してもらいましたが、何の補償もありませんでした。部屋は薄汚く、家具もまばらで、改装が必要でした。窓は汚れていて、バスルームはひどく狭く、バスタブは誰かが鎖で叩いたようでした。ベッドシーツはサンドペーパーのようでした。レイトチェックアウトをリクエストしていたにもかかわらず、ハウスキーピングが午前8時にドアをノックして起こされました。高すぎます！

Rated 4 stars because I feel like they could add more restaurants at the hotel. More slot machines would be more fun for the grown ups. Location was superb! A lot of restaurants and stores nearby, stayed in the sunset tower. It was clean and modern. Only stayed for a night with family and friends and it was a good stay! We will definitely come back as this hotel is also dog friendly. Would also like to add the staff from front desk to house keeping were all very kind and accommodating!

Hotel is clean and spacious. It is newly renovated i guess and the design was great. Only fallback is that we got a ground floor room which noises from the hotel lobby could be heard. Recommend that you book a higher level room. Else, everything is perfect.

The renovated hotel rooms were new and clean. The steak restaurant was not bad.

Terrible room service. No hot water for 2 days. However we enjoyed our 3 days in south lake tahoe.

I checked out after one day , pool was closed , rooms very old . Not clean . The front desk told me that I can check out and they will refund me the rest of staying days . After I left the hotel they rejected to approve the refund Don’t recommend it at all

The information at the front desk is helpful. The restaurant in the hotel was better than expected.

登記入住，還要另外交大概40美元左右，然後還要扣信用卡大概120美金，説是之後退回。就是攜程房價的基礎上還要另外+40美元。 入住以後根本沒有服務，不提供牙刷也不提供一次性拖鞋更有甚者，我們大概快0000回來 才發現居然沒有沐浴液打拉進半個小時電話沒有人接，然後一點多又跑去前台然後等了一會才見到有一個工作人員。衹會説對不起對不起，但是就是解決不了問題。 説沒有。這邊酒店太多太多選擇了，千萬不要訂這個酒店。

很好呀很大

我們去太浩湖的行程定的這個酒店，到了酒店發現性價比極高，升級了湖景房，可以看日落，離纜車也很近，周邊也有步行可到的沙灘，酒店游泳池也很適合小朋友玩耍，很滿意！

酒店很不錯。雖然從外面看有點年代感，裏面還是挺乾淨整潔的。 一層有個賭場，遛了一圈，完全不懂，沒多做停留。還有一個小賣部兼咖啡吧，可以買點吃的喝的，坐一會。4點才能入住着實有點晚，想先辦理要加錢😰 酒店住宿分兩個樓，Sunset Tower可能是新裝修過的吧，但是低樓層對着停車場，不知道怎麼能避免。 兩個樓之間有個游泳池，不大，看着挺漂亮的。不過不知道為什麼沒有開放。 特別想看風景，跟前台溝通半天，很幸運的給了。雖然樓道里有些暗，房間也有點舊，但是看到窗外風景，一切都不重要了😇😄
