Very nice staff, a bit deserted, but very clean and comfortable feeling, big breakfast hall, pool was a bit small, decent fitness room, overall satisfied

The hot tub didn’t work right away they needed to fix a breaker but more than willing to help fix the problem. The tub itself wasn’t the cleanest, there was hair left in the tub and something on the wall. Other then that it’s been a great stay so far.

Got stuck in New Glasgow during a snow storm. Staff was amazing more then welcoming. Easy to stay a second night. Will stay here again. Great place clean and mondern!

Staff was very friendly and prompt with any requests. We stayed during a sports weekend and there was a lot of noise in the halls. Children running and screaming, playing tag etc.

We booked online as this property has a pool and hot tub area. However, we arrived to find the front lobby under renovation. The hot tub had a brown ring at the water line and the steps were discolored brown. It looked like they had not cleaned up that was so slippery ( like an algae bloom) when I stayed in October and told front desk then. We mentioned again this visit and they closed it down. King bed was missing fitted sheet and had to be remade.

The bathroom smelled of mold. The price is high for conditions of the hotel. But when you are in a town that only has three main hotels, this is what the owners can get away with.

The room was very clean with lots of towels for the swimmers! Pool was amazing for kids and adults. Elevators busy but steadily available. Lots of families but still quiet at night. Front desk staff always pleasant/helpful/available.
Only would suggest more comfortable chairs for dining room (food great, staff great to help).
