環境は一流で、朝食はとても豊富です。部屋にヘアドライヤーが漏れていて、いくつかのスポットライトが壊れているのは残念です

a friendly Hotel with enjoyable employees surounded in good and beautiful area . Nice furniture dedicated to sailing boats in area deep water. Not far from industrial area and livings The quality is performing good

Really amazing hotel with friendly staff. The gym and spa is fresh and clean. They have spa during day and mid night spa which is really cozy. During breakfast you have many options and the food is really good quality with different options. The spa is only 2 hours but it suited for us. The environment is really nice

The hotel has plenty of available parking. The hotel seems to have been extended many times as there are stair and corridors in an seemingly unorganised way. This makes it confusing to find the way around. During our stay we were allocated a time for the spa apparently to avoid it to be too crowded but this was not the case. The spa was so crowded that there was no possibility to enjoy the facilities. Most of the facilities were full all the time. Room was vey boring with now view, but guess you get better room if you are willing to pay more. There is a small centre across the bridge so if you do not want to eat in the hotel there are options. We had dinner in the casual restaurant near the sea and it was ok except slow service. Breakfast in main restaurant was ok but a bit of a downer to discover after breakfast that there were a spot for making waffles outside the entrance to the restaurant.

A lovely hotel in a great location. The spa is amazing and well worth visiting. Also good restaurants and a nice bar area. Very friendly and attentive staff who were very happy to help at all times. Would definitely visit again at some point soon.

Not the best stay, although the staff were very kind. Our room was not as clean as we expected it to be, and there was no hand sanitiser at the breakfast buffet even when we asked for it. Breakfast was a bit disappointing, and the coffee didn’t taste well. Nice location if you don’t want to go far from the main road though.

Rundown corridors to the room. Ocean view was on ground floor overklokking a hedge! Dirty room, smelly bedsheets. Need overall maintenance. Staff i the restaurant and bar were very friendly. Disappointed with the stay as the expectations were high due to the information on the hotel's website.

We booked this stay for my girlfriends 50th birthday hoping for an exceptional experience, unfortunately it fell short of that. It started with them messing up our massage treatment for the birthday girl, so we did not get massage on the day but the next day. Finding our way through the hotel was not the easiest, as the signs were rather unclear, why not just call the spa department SPA instead of Bluewater or the restaurant RESTAURANT instead of Captain Table? Our room looked out over the tennis court, little did we know it would feel like sleeping on a motorway with cars going up and down the hill throughout the night. The first day we did not get cleaning of our room as our housecleaner arrived at 4 PM!!! We had been out of our room since breakfast at 10 am so they had plenty of time to sort it out. The showerheads in the shower are sooo small you hardly get wet, and have to stay longer in the shower (we are average sized people). It really does not help to put a sign up that they are saving water to help the environment when you have to stay longer using more water. For dinner we had a set three course meal and that was fine, but there was not enough staff and some could not even speak Swedish properly! Get more staff and have them trained properly. For breakfast we had to book times beforehand, which was fine, we thought it was to stop overcrowding, but when they let everyone in with or without a booking, it defeated the issue. Again not enough staff and running out of basic stuff like breakfast tea (they had 10 different types of tea, but run out) maple syrup, scrambled eggs had never seen a hen or an egg it was the powdered stuff!! They only had one selection of non-dairy milk, no almond or soy just oatmilk! There were long lines for juice as there was just one station and long lines for warm water for tea. On the positive side times for spa was excellent and one had more than enough space, I think that mobile phones should not be allowed as people take photos and videos in the spa and then naturally get other people in pictures/videos and that is breaking at least Norwegian laws, also people are talking loudly on their phones and that is not relaxing.
