Staff came off very nonchalant not very welcoming. Housekeeping is more friendly. 2nd floor hallway looks very dim and unfinished when you first get off elevator. Hotel overall has an older feel. Other than that my only other complaint is the bedding.. there were tears in the sheets and the bed itself was very uncomfortable compared to another hotel in the area. Overall decent for the price. Breakfast is OK.

We enjoyed our stay. The property was clean and the rooms were nice and comfortable. Spacious seating with a desk, fridge and microwave. The staff were professional and friendly. My only issue was the AC/Heating Unit was very loud. Every time it kicked it i was awakened out my sleep. I would definitely stay at this property again.

Everything was good with our stay. The only negative that stood out was the black mold on the bath tub edges of room 208. This should be corrected by the personnel at the location.

I had an family emergency and had tobdeoart sooner , hotel refuaed tobredynd my balance due to something that happend with a previous customer, not my problem . Very insensitive would not stay again. Shower was nice, hotel could use some updating

This hotel is located about a 4 minute drive from Metro North which is very convenient. The check-in is always fast and easy the stuff is friendly although they ask you questions like how many people are staying in the room was usually doesn't happen when I check into other hotels. The rooms are dated and not very clean. The bed was comfortable the AC shuts off and on even though it's not on auto can I get it below 70. Nice size refrigerator in the room. They do offer breakfast I did not try it but it's available they do not have a working pool ever since covid and after covid they always say it's either out of order or they need maintenance I feel they just don't want to maintain the pool it's a shame for just traveling with children. They do have a laundry on site which is also very convenient. After one day the doors card stopped working this has happened to me before in the same Hotel we had first day some neighbors that were Extremely Loud very thin walls.

Very clean, super friendly staff. Incredibly convenient location. Highway noise can be a bit much, but that's not the hotel's fault.

No one was at desk at check in said call a phone number and it was the number at the Desk no one was at! Horrible after long road trip to have no one attending. Hotel is so loud

Convent to highway, clean and comfortable. Excellent service at front desk. Pool was not open but I was only staying one night. Breakfast was satisfactory, pretty much like any other hotel.

The pool is advertised but closed since a longer period, the sheet that tells you looks old. Our shower was falling apart and you could see the mold was covered with wallpaper.
