It was very good location. The breakfast was not that good, pretty simple options. There was an issue with the payment that the sir in the reception was not helpful, and made us pay the room even though I payed with trip already. He was not nice, but trip costume sirvice was amazing and I got refunded.

Avoid like the plague! After checking in there was a damp mouldy smell from the lift up until our room which was already a bit sus. My partner went to bed early while I showered. Upon getting into the warmed up bed we spotted something on the pillow. Bed bug!! Big juicy bed bug. Turned the light on and we found 4 or 5 more.. even on the walls. We was too horrified to even attempt to pull back the sheets. We packed our bags and left straight away. Reception appeared confused/unfazed and kept checking the photos we took as if it was fabricated, as if they wasn't aware of a complete infestation. Not even an apology, They offered us another room but in this scenario it probably means the whole hotel is infested. we requested a refund instead and gtfo of there. To be fair they gave a refund instantly, maybe due to me being able to speak italian. Had a non native speaker tried to explain the situation they might have been more hesitant to issue the refund. I'm embarrassed and ashamed of finding such an awful hotel in my home country.

he room was clean and seemed recently renovated, the air conditioning worked well, breakfast service was efficient and all staff were friendly and spoke a variety of languages, specifically French and English, but I think I also heard them speaking German. We booked the restaurant Al Storno, which is run by the hotel as a separate restaurant and it was very good - highly recommended. Disliked · The bathroom fixtures were in need of renovation, specifically the shower cubicle frame had corrosion around the metal joints and didn't easily close or open, and the wall fixtures for the shower head and hairdryer were poorly finished - lack of attention to detail. Some of the light switches in the room didn't work, but this wasn't an issue for us tbh.

Location was just perfect. Center for everything. Many shops and restos beside iy.

I had a terrible experience in this hotel as it never happened to me before. I stayed 2 nights in this place with my partner & daughter in January as no other hotels were opened in the area at this period unfortunately. As the heating was not working properly and we were freezing, we decided to use the blankets in the closet. Big mistake that shouldn't have happened! After the 2d night i started to have red scratchy buttons appearing all over my body. I went to the doctor / pharmacists when back home and they confirmed it was bed bugs....imagine the panic to live the risk to have bring them back home... I was so scared that i've trashed all the clothes i had during the week end. After having informed the hotel via email they never replied to me. No even a SORRY. This hotel on top of being dirty is really disrespectful toward guests which is unacceptable as a professional!

Location for the hotel is amazing, right in the town centre full of restaurants and shops. The hotel it’s self it’s fine the rooms are decent, the breakfast was just very disappointing, it could be better.We didn’t eat it even though we have payed for it.When we showed up from breakfast no one offered us coffee or tea we felt a bit ignored, meanwhile the staff was offering and helpful other guests and totally not paying attention to us. The blonde receptionist and the young lady was very nice and helpfull. They cleaned the room daily which was amazing.

The total experience was terrible. We booked and paid for 2 rooms on ***********, but on check-in hotel manager told us that he doesn't have 2 rooms, he has only 1 (EVEN IT WAS CONFIRMED BY BOOKING FOR 2 ROOMS). He told that he can give instead of the second room, some apartment near by. When we said that we are here for business trip and need to wakeup very early for work he told its not his problem and we must to accept some apartment. We said that we are going to complain for ***********, he told nobody will care about your complain especially with your passports (Russian, Moldova and Indian). Since it was a night, we did not have any choice, but do not recommend this hotel for people who are planing trip there.

Cozy and small hotel in the heart of the old town. Beds are hard and breakfast basic but location and friendly staff goes a long way.

Stayed in this hotel many times over 20 years nice people, best location but hotel gets more "tired" every year. Beds are hard, and need more and much better pillows. Rooms need serious refurbishment. Breakfast is substantial but not the best quality.
