Manchester Trafford Centre Wst

隔音設備很差，房間關門、樓道隔音效果不佳，服務員不足…導致給予的服務欠奉。純屬經濟型旅館，作為驛站考慮…可以合格。

Really poor!! Would not stay with premier inn again. The cleanliness was disgusting, the bedding had stains and rips, the curtains had moth holes, there was ********** on the bedding, marks over the walls. My 5 year old found a pack of paracetamol under one of the beds which could have been fatal I hadn’t have noticed this. The heating was not working either. After initially making this know to staff we were told that no other room was available. But then after requesting a refund we were offered a different room. The new room was cleaner but still not expected standards. We had travelled as a family ( 2 children 5 and 6) for 4 hours from South wales to stay with you and we was let down by yourselves - will not be returning!!

Travelling to Norfolk from Scotland. Decided to book a place to chill overnight about midway. This location was perfectly placed just off the motorway. Hotel is huge but has lifts that take you up. We were located on the top floor, this was lovely and quiet. We maybe heard one door shut! The social area is beautiful, has some lovely sofas and chairs. A real chill out zone. Breakfast was amazing, hot, tasty and buffet style. All you could ever need. We didn’t have dinner at the hotel, purely so we could get a leg stretch, but the menu looks very tasty. Room was very clean and set up to host myself, partner and toddler. Was a great overnight! Breakfast staff were so friendly! Great experience will be back for sure!

This was our stay for the ManU vs Newcastle game. Great little hotel so close to the Trafford Centre and a quick walk to the Metrolink which means you can get to anywhere easily. We would definitely stay again. Ease of travel to Old Trafford (30ish mins) and if you want to shop well the HUGE Trafford Centre is a short walk away. Bar is well stocked and has a great relaxed a**osphere. Staff in the hotel were very helpful and offered assistance without needing to ask. Unfortunately I didn't get her name but to the lady who so kindly helped fashion me a shower cap - THANK you! 100% recommend.

Stay at this Premier Inn three or four times a year. It has just had a major upgrade which transforms it from good to excellent. Best though are the staff who are always friendly and accommodating, especially the breakfast staff.

Stayed 2 nights to visit chill factore and trafford centre and it was the perfect location. Walking distance to both. Trafford bus station and trams only a walk away too. Room was spacious and clean. All the staff were lovely and the bar area was nice to sit for a drink. I would come back again.

We stayed at the Premier Inn Manchester Trafford Centre West Hotel for 3 nights for our Primary Seven’s P7 residential trip. The children had a fantastic time and enjoyed breakfast and dinner at the buffet in the hotel. Hannah Barrow was so accommodating and welcoming to all of us.

We had a wonderful experience staying here again. The staff at Premier Inn (Trafford Centre West) were more than helpful. Hannah Barrow in particular couldn’t have done more to make our stay a pleasurable and stress free one! We will definitely return.
