Location was great. The room was okay it was comfortable. The sink did not drain well and there was a huge bug on the ceiling. It would of been nice to have been a bit closer to the lobby as we were kinda a hike away

Very disappointed , the room was warm and I couldn’t cool it off. The mattress was like a rock and box spring ripped and old .Some floors were crumbling . The blanket was stained . Pot holes in entrance , The building had paint peeling off. Bath was clean , no vents for shower. I would not stay again .

We were extremely disappointed in the Sturbridge host, the room they put us in was pool side and was very damp and reaked of chlorine. I was given a hard time not once but three times for my service dog. The room had mold on the ceiling, and there were bugs in my dogs food when we got up in the morning. The toilet didn’t work correctly, it had no pressure to flush properly, and the shower had very poor water pressure as well. Overall, I would have to say we will not be staying here ever again. If you are going to visit Sturbridge, I would suggest staying at the comfort inn.

I opened the door to the hallway and immediately thought. Redrum redrum. Room was adequate. Coffee pot was dirty. Bathroom vent was falling out of the wall. Had great hot water though!! All three of us woke up with sore backs? Looked like there were bigger beds at some point? Little pricey for a night?

Don’t stay here. I repeat. Do not stay here. We walked in to a vacant lobby. Our room was across from the pool, which was still and dirty. I asked for another room, on the second floor. The woman at the front desk accommodated us, as there was no one there. We lugged our stuff to the second floor, which ended up being on the farthest end of the building. It gave us a much better look at the property. Our room had no heat and had a perfect view of the dock that was underwater. We packed our things and booked another hotel in the area. The woman at the front desk understood and was nothing but kind. This place has completely given up and should shut its doors. There was one other person in the hotel, who looked like he may have been “maintenance.” It seemed as though he lived there and when we walked by his room, he came out and was on his phone, looking like he was taking pictures. I can not emphasize how bizarre this whole experience is. I was in a rush and didn’t read the reviews. Don’t make my mistake.

Room was so cold I had to get a space heater even after complaining about it and given extra blankets. They only allow two bath towels per room so I had to buy bath towels from Target. Sink was slow to drain. The tub and shower both ran at the same time. No microwave or fridge in room. Most of the staff was okay except the young girl at the front desk who was extremely unprofessional and rude. Inexpensive hotel, but not worth the money you're saving.

Walls paper thin, beds very uncomfortable, no lighting in main common area with pool, dirty, needs a major makeover and worst of all wayyyyy tooooo expensive for what it was -very disappointing

The staff was top notch... so friendly and kind and helpful!! The place is super run down, they are doing some exterior work and lobby work but the room I stayed in which I paid $175 through ******* was only $140 through the hotel, but the calling paint and texture is peeling, there was mold on the ceilings in the bathroom, the elevator had puke blood or something on the dark chocolate carpet walls, the place has potential but needs a ton of money for renovations... there's so much more but I'm gonna stop here!!

The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. The facilities however need to be updated and modernized. The parking lot was not properly clear of the snow even though there was a large convention.
