Property is fantastic, very well kept. Had to keep my family busy for 2 hours as the room was not ready at check in time. Refrigerator in room was very loud, kept us all up, had to unplug in in the middle of the night. Told front desk about it at check out time

The pool and hot tub were out of service for my whole 3-day stay. Breakfast was pretty awful. Otherwise decent hotel. Very clean. Friendly, professional staff.

Just needed a little bit of salt on the sidewalks around the side doors of the building. Everything else was fantastic. Thank you.

Great hotel, amazing breakfast. Staff was so nice! Every staff member we met was so pleasing and smiling! Great experience overall! Only thing I think needs to be mentioned, is that the pool is very small, and so, can get pretty crowded! Our kids are older now so it didn’t matter to much but for a family with small kids, this is to take in consideration! But still, I highly recommend this place, especially for the wonderful staff!

Excellent service! Clean. Spacious rooms. Downfall- Breakfast ends at 9:30 on a weekend which is pretty lame. Bonus - Pools open until 11

Pool deck was dirty. Closed the hot tub for maintenance. Why wouldn’t they do maintenance during check out pay period not while patrons are looking to use the facilities. Very annoying. 😡😡😡😡

The hotel is right beside all the shopping/box stores so location was great. Breakfast, pool and fitness center were lovely. My room wasn't cleaned once during a 3 night stay though and when I called they said "you have to request housekeeping" so that was a little disappointing given the price of the hotel. Parking felt safe and secure. Unfortunately there was an issue with my room (booked a king and got 2 doubles) but that was *******s fault not that hotel.

The service was excellent..The room was very clean.Terrible WiFi..We couldn't connect to wifi all weekend.That was very frustrating...Front desk tried to get it but still work..I wonder they didn't come to our room to give us fresh towels and make our beds after our 1st night there..We were there for 2nights

Clean location and very friendly staff. The the continental breakfast was great as well. Major downfall is that Barry downe road is extremely busy and under construction. With only one way to get into the hotel it's really difficult to navigate safe if you're not turning right out of the facility.
