Super hôtel, très bien situé proche de plusieurs resto et magasin. Propre, personnel courtois, hôtel neuve à la fine pointe.

The hotel is very close to shopping and a variety of restaurants. However, this hotel lacks adequate parking. With all of the other restaurants and close businesses so close to the hotel parking becomes a premium. After parking you often have to walk a long way to get to the hotel.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Hilton Garden Inn … very modern and clean - exceptional staff and restaurant service ( happy courteous and knowledgeable staff) - loved the live entertainment in the restaurant/bar- the bathroom and shower were very safe ( slip-resistant especially for seniors) - can’t wait until w visit again

Room was clean and modern, as was the washroom. Some issues were the blinds for our window, facing Kingsway. Blinds were not functioning and couldn't lower them, also couldn't close the curtains as they were only cosmetic, so had the street lights glaring through the window all night. Pillows were absolutely terrible, would've rather slept without them, neck was killing me the next day. Had a random piece of metal siding laying around near the window, almost seemed like there was a repair needed (probably for the blind) and in the washroom, the shelf in shower for holding bar of soap was on its last thread and was leaning down at a 45 degree angle and loose. Very disappointed with just small things about our room, especially for the price we paid ($250/night for a king bed room). I expected at the very least the blinds to function but that didn't happen. I'm gonna definitely go to a different hotel where I'll feel more satisfied with what I'm paying for what I'm getting.

Clean and modern hotel. Close to Costco, Chapters and other retail stores. Different restaurant options close by, The Keg right beside, or fast food options like subway.

The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly, but there were issues with accessibility. I booked a room that I believed was wheelchair-accessible based on the pictures on ******* (showed images of a roll-in shower for the particular room I booked). Upon arriving, the front desk confirmed that we required an accessible room. I asked if there was a roll-in shower in the room and she said there was. We went up to the room and there was a tub, went back down and was shown to another room with a shower with a lip and told that was all there was. I should have called ahead instead of trusting the photos, especially as the room was labelled 2 Queen - Accessible (hearing), but figured it would be accurate to the photos. As a result of this, my partner wasn't able to shower for the duration of the trip. Staff need to be educated better on accessibility features and ******* needs to do a better job of accurately showing the rooms as it's super important to guests with disabilities to be able to see the accommodations.

The rooms are spacious and quiet, and the location is beside easy to walk to food places.

Very comfortable bed. Clean and cozy. Bathroom was good size with a great shower! Highly recommend.
