Great room. Amazing staff at front desk and the gentleman working in the restaurant was fantastic. Really good breakfast. The pool and pool area was small and not a lot of seating an uncomfortable seating

Room definitely needs a good deep clean. Bathroom was pretty dirty (mold in shower) faucets clearly haven't been cleaned in a while. Shower head was really gross and water pressure was horrible. Honestly is worth what we paid. We stayed in way nicer airbnb for about $30 cheaper. Breakfast was really good however.

We had reserved the hospital room a week in advance and when we showed up to our reservation, another team was using the room. The manager stated we would need to share, despite booking it a head of time. There is 80 people in a tiny room. Not impressed as we would have booked a condo room to host our team party, and not feel like we are intruding on another teams nights. The least the hotel could have done is told us another team would be in the room with us.

Easy to tell that the property contents are run down and owner has a for sale sign. So, no investment in the near future to replace all the furniture that have outlived their usefulness. The staff were awesome and friendly.

The check in was fine . Room was fine and clean .Bathroom sink drain did not work.

Unprofessional, incompetent front desk staff. This was the worst experience I have had. The hotel released my room reservations, offered no assistance, no apology. The hotel charged over 7 room charges to my credit card and 8 days later I am still waiting for them to be refunded. There has been no response from the GM. The Food & Beverage manager was professional and offered some assistance. I would not recommend this establishment.

The hotel is not bad. We have stayed before and we’re booked to stay gain on Nov 11th however I have just canceled. We stayed at the hotel when we could stay for free with family members because we want to ensure a good night sleep. We did not get this on Saturday night. I had to call reception at 3:45 in the morning and complain due to a very loud disturbance in the hall way outside. I was advised they were aware and would handle it but it took some time to do so. I am very unhappy with paying for the room that night as I left PEI for a 5 hour drive home in the morning very unrested. These things happen, I work in customer service as well but how it is handled will determine if I choose to stay there again.

I liked my experience very much. The front desk was very helpful and accommodating.
