Room was clean but for the price to stay there would’ve expected it to be nicer. Breakfast was only offered for a three hour window.

Very convenient with a lot of amenities located in the complex. Has the feel of a community centre down the hall from the hotel. Given winter weather it was nice to have 2 options for dinner without having to drive or walk in the snow. Rooms were clean and well equipped.

Only part that is a downfall is that you can’t access the pool when CUP isn’t open (new years day) where any other hotel it would be open. We knew this in advance as we had called, but would be amazing if there was a way it could be open to hotel guests.

We stayed here during Christmas 2023. Even though staffing was minimal (rightfully so), they still provided a complimentary breakfast. Easy walk to the boardwalk and downtown Summerside. Amenities (gym and pool) were closed due to the holiday, which I wish I would have realized, however the weather was nice enough to be outside. The room was clean and quite comfortable. We had heard the rooms were on the small side but we found it to be more than enough space for the 3 adults that shared room. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel.

Everything was great but for the total cost. We were given a total cost of 2 nights tax included to be just over $300.00. We were charged $370.00 plus. Was there additional charges we weren't aware of? I will contact hotel direct as well.

The hotel was really nice, clean and friendly staff especially the breakfast cook Marg. Coffee and tea was fresh all day. We had a wonderful stay

Great stay with fabulous facilities (tie in city’s recreation centre). Breakfast limited but adequate.
