They do not provide complimentary linen changes, or extra towels/replacements. Also housekeeping does not come during your stay. I have stayed here twice and both times it has been Super clean and the staff friendly! The walls are not sound proof so you constantly here other people talking/walking or moving around from the hallway and other rooms.

I stayed 1 night. Everything was good but the doors slammed by staff when they are cleaning need to be none. Educate costumers too, people slam doors.

Overall fairly clean, found a toenail clipping on the floor in the room but everything else clean, bathroom clean, etc. the setup of building weird because the entrance is on the side of building with no where to drive up and check in like a ‘normal’ hotel. No tissue paper provided in room only toilet paper. Also no hair dryer. For price expect more. But staff was very nice.

Hotel was decent, nice amenities and pretty new (as of Feb 24) so it’s still clean and nice. Bed was not that great. Lots of outside noise comes in, I think maybe actually through the AC unit.

Front desk refused to check driver in stating the room was not paid for; which it was paid in full and the driver had an itinerary number that was issued through *******. Zero help. This morning went back to sort out and was told we cannot do anything. Drivers office staff had to go through ******* to get it resolved as nobody at property level was helpful. Both driver last night and ******* today was able to get a single person on the phone, let alone a manager. Finally after about 3 hours of driver and ******* working to fix issue they did and driver got checked in at 11am to stay tonight. This entire lack of front desk or manager on site last evening prevented the driver from checking in his truck to the dealership to start repairs last night and had further delayed him at least a day maybe more. Lousy service and ability to assist when booked though a 3rd party website.

The stay was comfortable, and it is still a new hotel. I got the feeling that this may change over time. The room did not seem very clean to me. I purchased my own cleaning supplies to wipe everything down. One of the shelves still had someones used diabetic test *****s. The shower didnt seem very clean. I was expecting more in amenities but I guess since this is an extended stay type hotel, they figure guests bring their own toiletries and kitchen supplies, so we ended up buying our own. I was surprised having to check out a hair dryer at the desk, although it wasnt too big of a deal. I liked the clothes rack and shelving unit. It was large enough to hang both mine and my husbands clothes and store all our items. It was a pleasant stay, and staff I encountered were very friendly. I would stay here again if it is kept up

No curtains and it’s next to a 6 lane freeway with cheap windows. Traffic kept me up all night.

Was there for 2 weeks and not once did they do room service to my room. The WiFi was horrible so I had terrible service the entire stay.

Less than 1/2 mile to I-10; 20 minutes to PHX, less to downtown; like new facilities; great price;
