The facility has so much to offer, but no one really informs the guest of what to do, where to go, where to buy tickets. You just have to figure this out by yourself, it’s annoying especially because I was new to that place. I missed out on activities like parasailing just because I learnt about it on the last day and it was already fully booked. (There are other hotels there maybe they inform their customers) the place was full of tourists and they looked understaffed. In general the customer service was in the pits, they have too many tourists/ guest. They couldn’t be bothered and quickly dismissed us. Also if you get to breakfast after 9am you will have to line up to get a seat for quite sometime, it gets full fast. Also the cleaning lady for room 633 on the 6th of January 2024, was the meanest she refused to give me water for swallowing pain killers, even after I explained to her, and proceeded to shout at me. We were checking out on that day. The same lady made my aunt leave the toilet coz she wanted to clean 🙁. Even after she asked to be given more time this was room 654 on 5th January 2024 a day before we checked out. However I do commend the security service, they are so prompt
