Very beautiful area and rooms. Very friendly staff and owners! The Citrus orchards in the surrounding area makes it very beautiful and green! Beautiful pool and lovely spacious garden. Rooms exceeded the expectation!

Highly recommend Happy Lands Farmstay. Convenient proximity to Addo Elephant Park. Hosts Mike and Nita are warm and welcoming and make every guest feel like a valued family member. The accommodation is gorgeous and very comfortable. Comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms. Lush, shady garden and a swimming pool to enjoy after a morning spent doing game drives in Addo. Self-catering and braai facilities available but dinner and breakfast also available if you prefer a catered option. We will be definitely be going back.

The perfect farm stay with Nita and Mike being such amazing hosts. The rooms are fully equipped with all that you need during your stay and the grounds well kept. This is definitely a hidden gem that needs to be visited!

We spent an amazing weekend at this lovely clean guest house in the most beautiful part of the Sundays River Valley. We enjoyed walking to the zipline through the citrus fields. Mike and Nita were the best hosts ever and we will definitely visit there again.

This was one of our stops from the Garden Route back to Joburg. Happy Land Farmstay was an incredible experience. We went fro a self drive in the Addo National Park but mostly we wanted to stay on the serene and scenic property to swim, braai and mostly relax in the beautifully decorated room with a king size bed. And the breakfast we had was incredible. Would stay for longer if we could.

It was a great place to use as our base when we did the Addo 76 km! Clean, great shower and nice pool facilities as well to celebrate running the race! Loved the dogs, made us feel like we were at home! Definitely use them again!

The greeting we received upon arrival was a warm, friendly one. Our children loved the room the dogs and the little park. We loved the space and the beautiful setting. It has a non-commercialized, family feel to it which is exactly what we needed. The get away was a surprise from my Husband for us all, and a very spontaneous one at that, but even though it was booked at very short notice, everything was there that we needed and was spotlessly clean. It is close to Addo Elephant park, which was only a short drive away (just be prepared for non-tarred roads, but that is common in S.A) I cannot praise it enough and will defiantly be staying there again. In fact we are booking our friends in as a surprise for their 10th Wedding Anniversary.

Beautiful garden setting located on an operating Citrus farm. The owners are kind and welcoming and treated us like family. Our unit had a small kitchenette and a room attached with two twin beds for the kids. Fully equipped with everything we needed. The breakfast was delicious with homemade Jams and honey from the farm. We truly enjoyed our time here. It was also a great location in proximity to Addo Elephant National Park. We highly recommend a stay here
