Helena Park - Ultra All Inclusive

Had a week at Helena Park. Very large clean Hotel with fabulous grounds right on the beach. Rooms big clean and comfortable. Lovely big pool and lots of beds. Great location just a short walk into main part of resort. Food was OK quite a lot of choices even for us fussy eaters. Entertainment was fine but you only had to walk along the front for a massive choice of live music. Worth a visit

The hotel is outstanding. The food is not only good but also incredibly delicious. The staff is exceptionally friendly and welcoming. I must mention the massage service at the hotel, which left a lasting impression. While the price may be on the higher side, the expertise of the massage therapist, Bozhena, was truly remarkable. It was by far the best massage I have ever experienced (and I have had numerous massages with different therapists in the past). Bozhena's technique was both affordable and deeply relaxing, as she skillfully worked on every part of my body without using intense pressure. I am absolutely delighted that the hotel employs such exceptional massage therapists.

Stayed here for a week with our two friends, what a fantastic hotel. Rooms perfect, lots of space for clothes etc, cleaned every day. Restaurant great and brilliant food, lots of choice. most times up to 4 meat choices and at least 2 fish dishes. daytime snacks also very good and varied. Bar staff are great, couldnt pronounce his name, looked like jocky wilson but we called him Grant after the whisky he was serving me. Yes large card cups for outside but you get a massive drink. The local gin, vodka rum was of a good standard, beer was ok. Day time entertainment included archery, darts, nice and easy stuff if you want to participate. Evening was a karaoke, a singer and a local tradition show. Never once short of a sunbed, all the staff were very pleasant. Great location about a mile from the busy flower street but some good bars along the way, 10 minute stroll which have tribute acts and karaoke. 9 lev for 2 gin tonics or similar, its standard 2 4 1, 9 lev for two half litre beers. Bus stop outside, 3 lev into Nessebur, do not get a taxi, they want 35 lev, we walked it, just 5 miles and got the bus back. Easy stroll along the front, go over the bridge and through the sister hotel. we travel a lot and will return to this hotel for sure. Met some great Northerners like myself, if the Wigan boys are reading this, hope we see you around. steve

well where to start ...room lovely hotel no air con room did ... food vile .... lager not nice flirt vodka not great .... bar female good male never smiled and gave paper cups out for drink reason you get more in it ....... group of us made the holiday ... just as well entertainment rubbish ..... end of season and each day things got worse...... would i go back thats a no

We had a great holiday the staff made you feel welcome from the cleaners to the bar staff and in the restaurant. The food was good with plenty of choice.i would come back the people on holiday made trip so memorable

Amazing hotel, staff, food, rooms, pools (indoor & out) sauna, steam room, location couldn't have asked for anything more. I will be returning 🤗 met lots of people whist there and all said it was great and they would be returning too

Travelled with Jet2 early September. Check in was quick and informative. PROS- Rooms are slightly dated but spacious with comfortable beds. Grounds are immaculate and well-kept. Staff are generally friendly, but there is something of a language barrier on occasion. Excellent,quiet location and close to the beach and shops. Plenty of free sunbeds on the beach, but you need to get there before 10am to get a decent spot. Food is excellent with plenty of variety at the restaurant and poolside snack bar. CONS- Sunbeds round the pool are a bit crammed in and often a shortage of mats owing to some guests having 2 or 3 each. Cocktail menu is very limited. Paving around the pool is very uneven and not great for older/disabled guests. Overall, an enjoyable stay but not decided on whether we would return.

Room was clean, staff lovely, food absolutely vile, cold and tasteless. Not sure why people rave about the food here, worst I’ve ever had and I don’t consider myself to be a fussy eater. Sunbeds around the pool have a thin mat on, if your lucky enough to get one that is…..whilst other selfish greedy people thought it was acceptable to have 3/4 of these mats on one bed, hotel staff refused to challenge these people meaning residents had to challenge those with more than one may leading to confrontations that didn’t need to happen, hotel staff should of took action Very poor customer service

Quick and friendly greeting on arrival everything explained we booked a suite it was great separate bedroom and sitting room two balconies . The room was cleaned daily to a high standard, the food was good plenty of options and tasty . The nightly entertainment was hit and miss but you can’t please everybody always plenty of sun beds on the beach and round the pool. The staff were pleasant and helpful I would definitely recommend this hotel.
