The hotel is new. Google maps has not updated its correct location. If you fail to reach the hotel by driving, please type ‘Hotel Globus’ in your GPS. Breakfast and the orange juice are very good with sufficient choices. We stayed for two nights but they failed to tidy and clean the room after the first night until we asked them to do so. We needed to ask them to replace the towels, amenities and water. The pool closes at 18:00 which is quite ridiculous. I guess we can still swim but without lifeguards. In general you could expect a new and modern hotel with nice buffet breakfast and close to Sunny beach but not with up to expectation services.

Из плюсов, отель после ремонта, хорошие матрасы, бельё. Отличный завтрак. Расположение прямо у прогулочной улицы- это и плюс и минус, т.к если окна выходят на неё, то шумно до 1 ночи. Из минусов-нет своего пляжа, бассейн небольшой, лежаков очень мало и все уже заняты в 8 утра. Ужасный сервис, в баре если не смотреть, недоливают алкоголь. Очень плохая уборка. Парковка у отеля платная 25 лев в сутки

ここはシェラトンホテルとして販売されていましたが、どうやらシェラトンは2024年まで引き継ぎを検討していなかったし、今後も検討しないようです。一見大丈夫そうに見えましたが、私の意見ではホテルの約20％が占有されていました。到着したとき、私たちだけが宿泊客のように見えましたが、数人現れ、2週間目にはさらに増えました。スタッフからは、シェラトンはホテルを一切開けないように勧めていると言われました。また、ホテルは実験期間中に開いているとスタッフから知らされました。つまり、私たちはモルモットだったのです。2階は建築現場のようで、5階までの他の階はさまざまな段階で工事中でした。7階のエアコンは全く効いておらず、6階の私たちの部屋のエアコンは貧弱でした。他の宿泊客からは、天井の照明から水が流れ出たり、シャワーや1つの部屋から床が浸水したりしたという恐ろしい話を聞きました。プールは汚れていて、午後5時頃、太陽がプールエリアから消えるとカモメが占拠し、鳥のフンがいたるところにありました。レストランの食事は、朝食では毎日ほぼ同じで、夕食もあまり変わりませんでした。食事は温かいのがせいぜいでしたが、冷たいことが多かったです。今年はこの場所に近づかず、次回検討するなら徹底的に調べておくことをお勧めします。私にとって、これはバルカン半島での休暇の最初で最後の経験でした。

私は一人旅なので、シングルルームはちょうどいい広さで、清潔でした。駅から7分、マーケットのすぐ隣にあります。フィレンツェには1泊だけだったので、良かったですが、フィレンツェにもっと長く滞在するなら、ドゥオーモかアルノ川の近くのホテルを選ぶと思います。

清潔で手入れの行き届いた部屋。ビーチが見渡せる素晴らしい場所。シーズンの終わりなのでとても静かで設備は限られているが、それでも大丈夫。オールインクルーシブの食事は味気なく、全体的にぬるいが、生活には十分。スタッフはフレンドリー。

母と叔母は、初めて Globus Hotel に滞在したとき、素晴らしいサービスに驚き、うれしく思いました。予約から直前まで、すべてにおいて満足でした。私たちの要望に耳を傾け、直前の問い合わせにも電話から数分で対応してくれた予約担当の Tanya と Svetlana に特に感謝します。部屋は希望どおりで、素晴らしい海の景色が楽しめ、明るく広々としていました。9 月の最初の週末に数日間滞在しました。すべてがとても清潔で、食事も新鮮で、選択肢も豊富でした。受付、コンシェルジュ、ウェイター、ルームアテンダントのスタッフ全員がとても歓迎してくれてフレンドリーでした。毎日、清潔でした。Annie と Nicky (母と叔母) より、心より感謝いたします。ぜひお勧めします。来年もまた来ます。皆さん、ありがとうございました!

Returned from my first ever trip to Bulgaria using Balkan Holidays not knowing what to expect thanks to Four Points Hotel had a fantastic and memorable holiday in Bulgaria .The welcome by English speaking receptionists ( Sydney thanks for your help and the porters) was first class. The hotel is superbly fitted clean and modern throughout .The hotel was only partially open due to refurbishment so generally a lack of customers but this did make it very spacious in public areas and the swimming pool area has ample sun beds or upright seats. The location is superb very central but away from any noise intrusion. Our rooms were on the rear of hotel so got the afternoon and evening sun and some fantastic sun sets visible over the hills. Breakfast buffet was a good as you could want and staff very attentive and clearly want to please you.Only drawback did have some mechanical issues with hot water and air conditioning ( Sunny Beach is not excessively hot and cools down at night so a/c not a major issue ) otherwise would be 5 stars .

We used this hotel for approx 15 years somtimes for three weeks at a time. We were more than happy with it and the price. It now seems that they are pricing themselves out the market. It's totally overpriced. Still no extra loungers. Can't request a room as they won't guarantee you get the specific room. Sorry Balkan but it's your last. Plenty other good hotels for half the price. Bye Bye.

Accommodation: this has just been refurbished by four points by sheraton and to be honest, we were some of the first guests to stay here. The guinea pigs of the opening. The Accommodation is refurbished to a high standard, however, hardly slept here as the air conditioning in the rooms does not work, so slept with the doors open, onto the main *****, so you can imagine how that was. We complained about the air Con and they just said there was nothing we could do and offered us free drinks instead. Pool: very quiet with no atmosphere so very much a relaxing couples hotel.. wouldn't recommend for families with kids. Also, bird poo all around the pool which never gets cleaned up Staff: the staff cannot do enough for you and are very attentive. Although sometimes it does seem like as there are not many guests, they stand around a bit bored. This will obviously change when the hotel opens fully Food: food here is delicious and the chefa are always coming out and asking if food is OK and if anything can be done different. Cannot fault the food at all. Location: this hotel is right on the beach and right along the main ***** of bars, shops and restaurants. Ideal location if yoy have the option of closing tour doors at night to get some sleep. Because of the lack of air conditioning, we did not. Overall: the hotel is nice with a few bits of attention to detail with the decor. Food is beautiful and the staff couldn't do enough for you. Would I stay here again? Probably not. After 7 days of hardly any sleep and covered in bites from leaving the door open at night, one night even makeshift a bed on the balcony, I can safely say I wouldn't stay here again and I cannot wait to get home

I was so disappointed as the hotel had gone downhill from My last stay. Manager (I think) stood by reception was rude and shooed me away when I asked for the WiFi details and when it would be fixed . Food was awful, toilets dirty and nobody seemed interested . The only thing is it’s in a good location !
