Great stay and great service! Ricardo was amazing and very helpful and informative. I would recommend this hotel for anyone looking to stay in the Sunny Isles area.

Did not like not getting a receipt upon checking out, learned we were charged over $300 upon leaving. I was aware of the parking/valet fees but don't know what the rest was for. Did not like having to valet park but understand the lack of space there. Did not like the heavy duty construction next property over but realize Marenas has no control over that, unless it is another building for them. Wife planned on a yoga class or two but when asked where it was learned they are no longer offered--would recommend removing that from website. Was going to have breakfast there a day or two but @ $36 there is no way, I get it things are more expensive when on vacation but that is excessive in my opinion.

We did not have a pleasant stay. We payed a high value to have a ocean view which was ruined by a renovation that they were having on the room above us. The hotel should not book a vacation room with a renovation on the upper level. Its disrespectful

Pool/hot tub closes when it gets dark - which is 5:30. Wanted an extra pillow, they said there were none because hotel was full. Also, no washclothes or hand towels in the bathroom - just 2 bath towels.

Always a pleasure to stay at Marenas! Staff is excellent! Hotel is clean, quiet and inviting. Beach is great! We have a fine vacation there every year!

On the good side, the room was clean. The whole resort has a certain type of cleanliness smell, which was nice. They gave us complimentary champagne, as it was our anniversary. The beach access was beautiful! Valet was quick and on point! Except for the crumbs they left in my car. On the down side, for the price we paid, the hotel rooms are very basic. The TV’s were not smart TV’s. They were basic plasma TV’s, so we couldn’t watch anything. Also, they don’t give enough towels for 2 people inside of the room. In addition, the room definitely needs a design upgrade. There was no where to hang anything up. It’s giving 2010 interior vibes. The bathtub was very small! They give wristbands that you’re supposed to wear for the entire stay to show that you are a customer for the lounges, which made my husband and I very itchy to the point we just cut them off. Fees & fees! But overall, beautiful beach! If you’re looking for clean rooms & a beautiful beach access and you don’t care how the room looks, then it would be good fit.
