ランチ ハウス モーテル(Ranch House Motel)

Room was tolerable. One of the hand towels was stained a lot. Bathroom fan rattled quite a bit. Shower curtain had hairs on it, one about a foot long, we both have short hairs. Staff were friendly and helpful. Free breakfast was great.

The beds were extremely hard, if your traveling with small kids be aware that fence around the pool is not toddler proof, our 3 yo was through the fence as we watched in horror,luckally his brother was able to jump the fence to get him before disaster struck. (Yes we were watching him but never dreamed he could get through it. Very close to the freeway if your a light sleeper. They provided a pack n play ,and overall a nice hotel with large rooms

No frizzle Motel with really good breakfast and very nice staff - Bucks Steakand BBQ right next door so no need to be hungry

Travelling on my own with 2 small dogs - checked in with my reservation was easy and very friendly after a 9 hr drive My room was excellent and huge, nice wood floor, great ac as it was 95 deg f outside- my little dogs loved it to as there was a small lawn area for them 1 door away I would highly recommend this as I love motels you can pull your car right up to the door and unload I will definatley stay here again! Thankyou all at Ranch House hotel!

Staff was very nice, friendly, and helpful. Rates were good. Property needs maintenance. Lamps missing, lamps broken, tub had cigarettes burns, calk and grout in bath area needs repair, tub drain needs repair. Room seemed sanitary, but needs deep cleaning.

why don't they fix the pool and hot tub area? It looks awful, and really detracts from the property.

I had no idea we were getting a smoking room. We don't smoke, we weren't asked about smoking, and the room definitely smelled rough. I was LUCKY when we first checked in. My son and I noticed a large cockroach under the bathroom sink. I was able to kill it and get it in the trash before my wife saw it (thankfully it was on its back and not moving). Had my wife saw it, we would have left. I didn't say anything to her because I knew the entire area was sold out due to the events in town. I also did not tell the hotel staff. I could have but then my wife would have wondered why I needed to go to the front desk 10 minutes after checking in with a something wrapped in tissue paper. The breakfast was good and waitstaff was nice. The pool was 3/4 drained and the green water drew an "ewww" from my kids. In the bathroom the vent near the floor was coming off the wall. We stayed here in hopes of a country western small town feel. It was less than I expected. Needless to say, if we ever go back to Sweetwater, we'll stay in a name brand hotel.

We like to support independent motels, but cannot recommend this place. Very run down and a little dirty. Creepy guy walking around looking in windows, but hotel staff did respond quickly to shoo him off. Don’t stay here if you’re a woman traveling alone. “Free breakfast “ includes eggs, bacon and coffee, but toast is $4 extra (!!?!). You’ll hear I 20 except when your neighbors or the frig drown it out.
