It's in a good position in Kokomo. The hotel facilities seem to be old. When I first went into the room, it smelled bad. It was good to be able to open the window and ventilate it. One day, there was no hot water in the evening, and there was no hot water until morning, so I went to work without washing. The internet was slow on weekends, so it took me a long time to do something urgent.
Would have loved staying here as its in a great location, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the exterior was pleasing to the eye. Just stayed 1 night but the air did not work at all, even after the clerk gave us instructions on how to make it work (which was basically not feasible nor correct) Found out daughters rooms did not have air either so it wasn't just one room. Also a bit disappointed they didn't have more charging & regular outlets for phones, Ipads, c-paps, etc. Its a shame because it was a first time stay at a Best Western.
Nice, clean room, but had asked for handicap accessible. Bathroom small, toilet low, door not wide enough for a wheelchair. (I use a cane, so it was okay.) Clerk stated they've been getting a lot of mixups when booked on line. I personally have never had a mixup before through Choice Hotels. Pool was closed with no reason given.
33Daytrip7The motel staff are friendly and helpful. The room was very quiet and comfortable. The bathroom (especially the tub) seemed old and outdated. The breakfast was very disappointing. The only items readily available were donuts, hard-boiled eggs and yogurt. Don't expect any scrambled eggs, bacon or sausage! If you bring a pet, it will cost an extra 25 dollars per night (a bit pricey for the pooch). Also, there are plenty of places to park (choose wisely, though... The individual spaces are somewhat narrow).
