The shower was to high for me as I have a disability with my knees and my hips. I can’t lift my legs that high to get up into the shower. I was in room 1637. So I could not have a shower.

Good spot for events. there was an electrical problem in the room causing all power to be out, they did a great job finding us another room

Extremely Disappointing and Unacceptable
We were charged twice for our stay at Novotel — once at the time of booking and again at check-in. When we questioned this at reception, the receptionist spoke to the manager, who confirmed that the duplicate charge would be refunded after checkout and sent to the finance team.
It has now been over a week, and nothing happened. When we followed up, we were then told it would take 15 days to receive the refund. This is absolutely ridiculous. They had no issue taking our money instantly, but returning money they took in error suddenly takes weeks?
This is extremely poor customer service, unprofessional handling of a basic billing issue, and shows a complete lack of urgency or accountability. Guests should not have to chase their own money after a hotel makes a mistake.
Very disappointing experience. I will not be staying here again and would not recommend this hotel to anyone who values transparency and decent service.

Location is good, facilities were clean, and staff were really helpful. I would stay here again; it's just such a great spot to be able to get everywhere.
