A hotel that exceeded our expectations. I would like to give the restaurant and the chef a maximum rating. Extremely tasty food. We have a celiac daughter and for us it was a delight to have gluten free options for both dinner and breakfast. I could compare the breakfast to any 5 star restaurant. A person is constantly in charge of the buffet so that the food looks good. The spa in the hotel is well maintained. The hotel is connected to the Aquapolis aqua park, which I think needs a renovation. The staff in Aquapolis is not as nice as the staff in the hotel. However, the girls enjoyed all the slides. For us it was a very good experience.

I travelled to the hotel with wife for 2 nights. with high expectation for thermal water and massages. Unfortunately when we checked in and tried to book massages we were told that no availability for few days but was not feasible as it is behind our departure. Then we requested to do ther thermal water but we were told it was not available as being cleaned for few days. Very big disappointment. Next day wife tried to do the quitecare swimming pool but she did not have her towel with her and was refused to be admitted. All instructions were on the Hungarian language which is not understood by us. I complained to the hotel manager and directors who were very polite and apologized. I paid for a suit but honestly it was not worth it at all. I did not ask for any compensation though I feel now that I should have as my stay was useless and not enjoyable. Will never be back and will never ever recommend it to any friends. Big flop and expect management to be more aware of what clients wants and make them satisfied

This was my first time in this hotel and I tell you I’m Very surprised how great this hotel is. Everything about was wonderful.Loved the spa. We had full body scrub and facial.Our therapist were Kinga and Greti.Excellent service they did. I receive many facials but these facials were on the tops.Very relaxing. The spa area is very beautiful,very relaxing. Beautiful pool , jacuzzi and hydro water.Wish they would have more lounge chairs, but overall was great.Loved the many options of saunas.My favorite is the steam room. The hotel room is great, shower is nice and clean and very pretty.Customer service of the hotel is outstanding.They surprised my mom for her birthday with chocolate and complementary drinks.Unbelievable food choices during breakfast and dinner.Everyone can choose the best option for themself. I loved it. I loved the different milk options like soy, coconut, almond rice milk. Also many joghurt and kefir choices.Loved the honey comb.Also many tea coffee juice option. Also dinner choices were great.Loved the pumpkin soup and other many soup choices! Cannot wait to bring back my family. We travel many countries, many hotels. This hotel food options like breakfast and dinner buffet were the best so far. Waiters were prompt and kind. Food handling waiters immediately changed empty trays and refill. Also very pleasant.

We stayed at the hotel with the whole family, at the end of July and beginning of August. It should be noted that the attitude of the hotel employees is very good. The employees are very helpful. The rooms are very spacious and pleasant. Everything is clean and tidy. The water park is very fun. Everything is arranged, the children really enjoyed every moment and did not want to leave. It was a great two nights escape from home. Here are all impressions starting from our arrival: Parking ''pay per hour'' in front of the main hotel gates, but free just on the other side of the hotel and behind it. First half hour is free even in front of the main hotel door, so You can take out Your luggage. Very pleasant and helpful staff at the reception desk. Nice first impressions of the lobby. Biggest lobby I ever seen with all new and comfortable furniture (full of people at the evening). Room was standard size, with one large double bed (although with the connection of two mattresses in the middle) and one folding sofa. Nice big balcony, although not usable in cold January. As far as I could see in the passage while the maids were cleaning, mostly all the rooms were of the same size and quality. Great heating (important for vinter period). Beautiful bathroom and one of the nicest shower cabins ever. Large TV with some German and Serbian channels in addition to Hungarian ones. The only drawback of the room is the rather uncomfortable sofa bed. The part under the head is at an angle (slope), which is very uncomfortable. The staff told me that unfortunately all sofas are like that, because they are brand new and they were all bought the same. But if a small child sleeps on it, it can go down under that slope, and the sofa will still be long enough for him (which unfortunately was not possible in my case). Fairly soft mattresses on the large bed. Standard mini bar. Comfortable bathrobes and towels for both the bathroom and swimming pools. Dry and warm connection of the hotel to the aquapark! We've already been to this aquapark before but only daily, so there were no surprises there, and on this occasion I won't mention what's in the aquapark, but I'll concentrate on the hotel itself. What I didn't know is that apart from the water attractions in the aquapark itself, the hotel has an excellent spa on its ground floor (over 16 years old only). Aroma room, salt room, several different saunas, steam bath, jacuzzi, massages, tepidarium, outdoor wooden sauna, small pool, bar...all that will surely make me want to return, just with my wife. And then, after swimming and resting, we come to dinner! I can safely say that the food in this hotel is one of the best we have ever had. Probably one of the 3 best. Shall I start listing?.....Just briefly - all the most famous and most beautiful Hungarian national as international dishes in fantastic quality! Children's food corner - fantastic. Breakfast is no less varied and high-quality than dinner. Everything in buffet style. Btw, the hotel was full and the dining room was very crowded, but everything worked perfectly, and most of the guests could be heard praising the food. In the evening, a few interesting amenities for the children in the hotel (most of the guests are families with children because of the aquapark).
