Friendly stuff, tasty food and not loud from running kids like very often in other hotels. Dinner has good choice and it’s worth it. There some crackling equipment and limited space in the Gym. Very modern and environment friendly hotel.

Language is an issue. A lot of the service team members are not speaking English. The reception team is speaking better English, but it was also not so easy everytime. The hotel has different chargers for electric vehicles. That is really good. It is not possible to book a space there, so you have to wait until one is free. That is not so good. Thank you so much for amazing days. Hotel is very clean, comfortable, calm. Food was amazing and you can chose whatever you want. Personal was really kind. Beds were comfortable. Watet in the room for both of us. 10/10.

Radisson level hotel. Parking is outside, rooms are modern but sometimes there are some smaller issues ( not working plug, switching off the electricity every hour…). We had room 402 with whirpool, room was big and comfortable, two bathrooms, lovely views. While the hotel is full, wellness can be pretty crowded, but my son loved the water slides and heated pool. Sauna part is from 16+. Lunch from menu was amazing, dinners in buffet style were not so great. Breakfasts were average. Stuff was very friendly and was trying to help a lot…

A weekend with family that met all our expectations. It's great that the spa is open including saunas from 9:00am. Definitely worth the extra cost for a room with a mountain view. We usually go with our dogs, too bad we can't come here with them.

The hotel is great, the staff tries hard and is professional, the only thing I could criticize is the paid parking for hotel clients, I have not experienced that yet, it should have been included in the price of the stay, cold in the room.

What a series of unexpected dissapointments. It seems there is a new Management Team and these guys should run summer camps for couple of seasons before moving to some more serious jobs. - our bill was overcharged over 250usd after a close inspection - somewhat very unpleasant behavior from part of the reception staff - electric car chargers are there Yes, but not working. - No Towels in the spa area - one of the worst massages i ever had (recommended as the best one by spa manager) - parking space husstles, charges and lack of proper info - No possibility of opening tabs at the bar or at the spa And many more, small but yet very sad little things. The rooms are nice and clean, Food is great, location is nice, most staff is super friendly.

An absolute recommendation! We spent five days/nights with the family and had full coverage of everybodies needs. Children play room, nice swimming and whirl pool, great program, excellent sports/gym area, professional service - please continue this way.
