Positive:.  - nice mountain view outside - perfectly designed apartments (we had standard room for couple on the ground floor, no view on the mountains. We had an inner yard view - the sweeming pool and a hotel cocktail bar across. Not sure if the mountain view apartments were all booked - we were not asked about our preferences. - tasty and healthy breakfast, friendly personnel on a breakfast next day - reception was good except one person who caused low rate review Negative:  - receptionist Isabella has no clue how to meet guests and communicate to people - no possibility to pre-book the parking place on the hotel territory, and it's not for free - 40zl/night - sweeming pool is small, non-covered, water is warm though. If it’s is hot enough outside - makes sense, but if you visit in spring/autumn when it is not too hot - might be quite chilly. Should you want to visit the covered swimming pool - there is one in another hotel which 5S proposes to use, around 1,4 km walking distance. - shower cabin was leaking - looks like the drain was clogged, not a big problem - should be easy to fix Visited this place on 19-21 May 2023. The hotel looked very nice, new, has a good view on a mountains from one side. First impression was very good. The apartments are perfect - design is simple, cozy and very modern. Bedroom is a separate room, which was very comfortable for us. Parking is not free, it costed 40zl/night and is not pre-booked, which means that there is a possibility that you may have to find another place if you were absent all day. Also be aware that hotel charges additionally a regional tax of 2.30 zl/night/person. Arrival was very spoiled by receptionist Isabella. After saying twice in different words “we have a reservation for today” we’ve faced a misunderstanding and a reply “So? What do I have to do?”. Attempt to show the reservation confirmation (thinking that this might help to understand us better) ended up with “No, I don’t need that”. We started conversation in Polish and ended up in English, but still with a big difficulties and not because the  lady did not understand the language - overall it looked like she doesn’t want to understand and we felt like we owe her something. In further conversation later during the check-in first we were asked of a car number, then asked if we came by car or by feet, and then we also were explained that “every car has a number on the bottom so we need to give her this number”. Only after that explanations followed on why do we need to tell her our car number. This is not how the process should work. I’m the type of person who needs to get extremely mad to leave a bad review, and my opinion is that reception and personnel is the face of the hotel. Even if the place is not that good - good personnel certainly makes a big difference. In this case it was vice versa - the hotel is great, and just one person made arrival a disaster. The room was wonderful, clean and comfortable. The facilities in general up to high standards. The breakfast too was ok. Nothing exceptional, but ok, very limited choices for gluten-intolerant customers. Initial check-in etc communication was fine. I have booked this stay for myself and my husband for our wedding anniversary and included a massage for each of us. On the day of the massage, I went to the reception to ask where the massage was held. The lady didn’t mention the location but instead said that unfortunately it has been cancelled due to staff indisposition and suggest we changed it to that same day, evening, but we already had plans, so we have changed it to the next day 11am which was also our check-out time. At 11am I went downstairs and the lady at the reception told me that the massage is actually held in the other hotel. I went out and could not find the other hotel and google told me it was 15min walk. I returned back to the reception and told the reception that it’s already 11:15 and I’m not in the mood for the massage anymore and I’d like to get the refund. She initially objected, however I reminded her that it was cancelled by them the previous day and that I was not informed where the massage was held beforehand. The receptionist went away to have a ‘chat’ with the manager and said they’ll do a bank transfer to refund the 320pln, it seems that they had lied to me, just to shut me up as until now I still haven’t received the refund until today.

Przyjechaliśmy z chłopakiem na weekend do Five Seasons Two. Pierwsze wrażenie bardzo miłe: przyjemna osoba na recepcji, ładny i czysty pokój, super sauna! Jeśli chodzi o noc, słaba izolacja dźwięku. Słychać było sąsiadów. Chłopak spał z zatyczkami do uszu. Dobre wrażenia się posypały na śniadaniu. W restauracji TOTALNY chaos i brak jedzenia. Z 5 pojemników z ciepłym jedzeniem 4 były puste (ale tak zupełnie puste...). Na całą salę i milion osób biega jedna zmęczona kelnerka. Nie było sztućcy! Po raz pierwszy w swoim życiu jadłam deserowym widelcem... Jedzenie niby jak zwyczajne jedzenie, ale jakieś nie doprawione i ogólnie czegoś brakuje. Chleb wczorajszy. Serwetek nie było. Wody brakowało. Ekspres do kawy się zepsuł. Wszędzie kolejki. Byłam w wielu miejscach, ale tak fatalnego śniadania jeszcze nigdy nie widziałam... Teraz, jeśli chodzi o stosunek ceny do jakości: po tym wszystkim stwierdziłam że ponad 700 zł za noc to jest niesamowicie dużo, zwłaszcza że nawet nikt nie posprzątał naszego pokoju... Strasznie smutne i pojechałam stamtąd z poczuciem, że może warto było wybrać inny ośrodek w Szklarskiej, których jest mnóstwo, nie oszukujmy się. lokaizacja: super, jest blisko wszystkiego.

Bardzo wygodny apartament, świetna i miła obsługa, a śniadania lepsze niż w wielu 4-gwiazdkowych hotelach :)

Het hotel is geopend in augustus van dit jaar. Alles ziet er prachtig uit, een eigen sauna op de kamer. Ontbijt perfect geregeld er is te veel om te kiezen. Nadeel zwembad is lopend nog redelijk ver weg van het hotel. We komen zeker terug!!
